DJ Carnage Teases Young Thug and Meek Mill Collaboration 'Homie'

  /  09.06.2017

Young Thug and Meek Mill join forces yet again on DJ Carnage’s latest single, “Homie,” which is set to drop Thursday (Sept. 7).

Carnage has been teasing the collaboration for months now. In May, he shared a brief video of the trio posing for the cover art, where Meek, Thug, and Carnage appear in front of regal portraits of themselves.

Thug, who is billed as Young Martha on the artwork, teased the single by writing, “Just say it comes out tomorrow….” Both Carnage and Meek also promised it would arrive tomorrow.

This isn’t the first collaboration between Meek, who is coming off Wins & Losses, and Thug, who is coming off Beautiful Thugger Girls. The two have collaborated on a series of tracks throughout the years, including “We Ball,” “Offended,” “Backboard,” and “Hundreds.”

Meanwhile, Carnage is coming off of his Step Brothers EP with G-Eazy, which arrived back in March. That effort spawned singles like “Guala” and “Down for Me” with 24hrs.
