New Music: Bridget Kelly - 'Happy for Me'

Bridget Kelly finds happiness with the release of her newest song, “Happy for Me.”

Over an acoustic guitar accompaniment, the R&B songstress gets reflective about a past relationship by looking forward to the future. “I’ma find a man who loves me, a man who needs me more than you ever did,” she sings. “And when I’m happy, please just be happy for me.”

It is unclear where “Happy for Me” will land, but Bridget recently revealed that she will be dropping a new project at the “top of the year.” Before that, fans can expect a couple of songs and a visual.

“Happy for Me” follows Kelly’s Time Flies mixtape, which dropped back in February. Currently, she is also starring on the latest season of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.”
