Lil Yachty Performs 'Forever Young' on 'TRL'

Following Migos, Playboi Carti, and Lil Uzi Vert, who performed on the MTV series’ premiere week, Lil Boat showed up with a rendition of his Teenage Emotions single for the outdoor crowd.
Starting off by the stage, Yachty strut across the Times Square platform, singing his youthful anthem. Meanwhile, fans shook hands and took selfies with the Bape-rocking MC, all under a static-filled old school television filter.

After his performance, an iced-out Yachty debuted his Young Thug-assisted video for “On Me,” and discussed playing video games against his peers, including Logic. “We played live on stage in the middle of a show,” he said. “He beat me.”
The “King of the Teens” has been busy with a slew of new releases, including the videos for “Forever Young,” “Better,” and “Lady in Yellow.”
He also dropped collaborations with Young Thug (“On Me”), Ski Mask the Slump God (“No Tilt”), and Macklemore (“Marmalade”).
