Roy Woods says more with Say Less.

Following efforts like Waking at Dawn and Nocturnal, the OVO crooner delivers his full-length debut album, featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR (“Back It Up”), 24hrs (“Take Time”), and dvsn and PnB Rock (“Balance”).

Boasting 16 songs, the LP also features “What Are You On?” and the title track, both of which were previously released as teasers.

The album’s title is perhaps best explained on the title track. “I be falling in love with women, I don’t know what I see in ’em,” sings Roy. “More times I be lonely so I don’t know what I be feeling / Gotta do more, say less, how I’m livin’.”

According to iTunes, Say Less is meant to deliver “diverse and rewarding” soundscapes while staying true to the rapper-turned-singer’s style. “Say Less is loyal to the rich and varied Caribbean influence of Toronto, with ‘Take Time’ in particular melding two of his most cherished influences: Michael Jackson and dancehall culture.”
