DJ Khaled Named Weight Watchers Ambassador

Secure the bag alert! DJ Khaled already has several endorsement deals, but he’s just announced “another one” for 2018 as the latest social media ambassador for Weight Watchers.

Under his new role, Khaled will document his Weight Watchers journey on social media, including Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

“Weight Watchers is all about being great and being your best self,” said Khaled. “My son is my love, my life, and I need to be great for him. To be great is to be healthy; to be healthy means a shift in my lifestyle, and the new WW Freestyle program is all about healthier habits for my life. The WW program and community is my partner in this process to greatness, and I’m grateful for what’s to come and to share my journey with you all.”

WW’s Freestyle program launched last month with Oprah Winfrey, a board member, owner, and advisor to the company. It’s meant to promote healthier eating and living patterns through the SmartPoints system and its zero-point foods. Taking to social media, Khaled claimed to have already lost 20 pounds on the system.

“Already Got rid of 20 pounds and ready for more,” he said. “Ride with me on my journey to greatness.
