  /  02.07.2018

Trippie Redd takes on JAY-Z’s “Family Feud” during a freestyle for “Tim Westwood TV.”

Over the Beyoncé-assisted single off 4:44, the Ohio rapper launched into his verse. “Nowadays, I really miss my fuckin’ idols,” he raps. “So that’s the title / I grab a Bible, pray for my rivals.”

Sitting down with Capital Xtra host Tim Westwood, Trippie revealed why he feels like Bow Wow isn’t from Ohio, why Lil Wayne is “the fuckin’ greatest,” and why Kanye West is “one of the G.O.A.T.s.”

Redd, who dropped his Travis Scott-assisted single “Dark Knight Dummo” in December, also revealed that his grills are worth $40,000 and that he is heavily influenced by Drake, who took him off the final version of “God’s Plan.” “I really appreciate his music,” said Redd. “He’s one of my idols.”
