Stream Rich Homie Quan's Debut Album 'Rich As In Spirit'

Rich Homie Quan is back for the first time. Following his success with Rich Gang, the Atlanta MC delivers his debut album Rich As In Spirit.

RHQ handles all of the vocals on the album, except for a guest spot from Rick Ross on “Think About It.” Otherwise, Quan, who said he put his “heart and soul” into the 19-track LP, rocks solo on songs like “The Author,” “Changed,” and “Understood.”

It’s been a long time coming, but Rich says he’s happy with the outcome and thrilled about sharing his first full-length project with the world.

“I’m in a positive place right now,” he told Rap-Up. “You can hear it in my music. I just feel good about the body of work that I’ve done. It’s mine. I’m excited to call it mine. I’m ready for the world to hear it. This is my debut album. If you not excited about your debut album, maybe you shouldn’t be doing music.”

The title is not meant to represent financial wealth, but rather something much more important for Quan. “It all starts on the inside,” he explained. “It’s your energy. When I first got the name Rich Homie Quan, it had nothing to do with money.”
