Video: Chris Brown & Joyner Lucas - 'I Don't Die'

  /  05.02.2018

Chris Brown and Joyner Lucas can’t perish. Hot off their “I Don’t Die” collaboration, the dynamic duo joins forces in the prison-themed video.

Directed by Ben Proulx and Lucas, the visual finds Breezy and Joyner on death row. True to the song’s lyrics, however, neither artist can die. Lethal injections, gun shots, and even an electric chair don’t seem to work on the fast-rapping stars.

While Brown and Lucas go back and forth with their flows, they taunt authorities. Sporting orange jumpsuits, they smile, laugh, and throw up their middle fingers at the cops. Later, they even enjoy a feast behind bars. All of this goes down before a surprise twist ending.

“I Don’t Die” follows “Stranger Things” as the latest single from their collaborative album Angels & Demons. Lucas is hitting the road this week on the “I’m Kind of a Big Deal Tour,” while Breezy’s “Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour” kicks off June 19 in Seattle.
