New Music: Alex Da Kid feat. H.E.R. & Rapsody - 'Go'

Alex Da Kid has produced hits for everyone from Rihanna to Imagine Dragons, and now the super-producer enlists the powerhouse duo of H.E.R. and Rapsody for his soulful new single “Go.”

Over a gorgeous string section, H.E.R. tries to resist temptation. “It feels so good, I might just let it go,” sings the mysterious songstress, while the Grammy-nominated Rapsody pours up an intoxicating verse.

“The song is about exploring the idea of escapism and all the multiple layers that come with that,” Alex Da Kid tells The FADER. “I also wanted to work with two strong up-and-coming female artists that have interesting stories to tell.”

Next up, H.E.R. will join Chris Brown on his “Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour,” which kicks off June 19.
