New Music: Alessia Cara - 'Growing Pains'

Almost three years after breaking onto the scene with her smash hit “Here” and debut album Know-It-All, Alessia Cara is back with her new single “Growing Pains.”

The 21-year-old Grammy-winning singer-songwriter gets confessional on the coming-of-age track. “I’ve always been a go getter,” she sings. “There’s truth in every word I write / But still the growing pains / They’re keeping me up at night.”

“Growing Pains” is the first single from Alessia’s sophomore album, the follow-up to her platinum debut Know-It-All. She will perform the song for the first time on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Monday.
