Wiz Khalifa and Swae Lee Perform 'Hopeless Romantic' on 'Tonight Show'
Fresh off the release of Rolling Papers 2, Wiz Khalifa paid a visit to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Wednesday (July 18). With some help from Swae Lee, the Taylor Gang rapper performed their collaboration “Hopeless Romantic.”
One half of Rae Sremmurd kicked things off, dripping in cowboy swag including a wide-brim hat and boots. Halfway through, a shirtless Wiz joined in to deliver his verse.
“I like Swae Lee,” Wiz recently told Ebro on Beats 1. “He understands melody and all of that, so the creative process for this was just me and him talking to each other on the phone, trying to come up with an idea and a vibe. We just captured the fun and just picked it like that.”
The performance was a sneak peek of what you can expect when Wiz and Rae Sremmurd hit the road together on the “Dazed & Blazed Summer Tour,” kicking off July 21 in Detroit.
Rolling Papers 2, which features Snoop Dogg, Gucci Mane, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and Ty Dolla $ign, is expected to debut at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.
