Video: Ella Mai - 'Shot Clock'

After enjoying the biggest year of her career, Ella Mai carries the momentum into 2019 with a video for her latest single “Shot Clock.”

Directed by Colin Tilley and shot in L.A., the clip follows the British songstress while she visits the neighborhood market, hits the basketball court, and soaks in a bathtub, all while delivering an ultimatum to a trio of suitors.

“You got 24 seconds, can you beat the shot clock?” she asks. “You’re gon’ miss your opportunity.”

Ella recently embarked on “The Debut Tour” in support of her self-titled album, which spawned the 4x platinum hit “Boo’d Up.” The song is nominated for Song of the Year and Best R&B Song at next month’s Grammys.
