Kanye West Attends Chris Rock’s ‘Top Five’ Premiere

Chris Rock and Kanye West

Following his performance in Times Square for World AIDS Day, Kanye West made an appearance at the New York premiere of Chris Rock’s new comedy Top Five last night. While his wife Kim Kardashian was at Art Basel in Miami, Yeezus laughed it up with the comedian and Cedric the Entertainer on the red carpet.

Kanye, along with Jay Z, co-produced the film, while Questlove served as executive music producer.

Others in attendance at Wednesday’s screening included 2 Chainz, Jadakiss, Ice-T and Coco, and Jerry Seinfeld.

The film, which also stars Gabrielle Union and Rosario Dawson, opens in theaters on December 12.

There are rumors that Kanye is ditching music in favor of fashion. “After his next [collaboration] with Paul McCartney comes out, he’s going to step away from music and concentrate on clothing,” a source tells Page Six.

He paid a visit to the dentist to see if the titanium design and patented antibacterial coating are really worth it.

2 Chainz, who brushes twice a day and flosses, received his very own brush with his name on it. The company collects the data from your bristles and sends it to the owner.

He gave the brush a spin and reacted the way most would. “Five thousand motherf***in’ dollars…for a toothbrush?!” exclaimed 2 Chainz.
