In the Aristotle-directed clip for his street anthem “Crack,” the Atlanta rapper doles out some addictive bars while flaunting his flashy style. He raps in a warehouse and lounges in a plush Versace robe as two women cater to him.
2 Chainz, who ranked #2 on MTV’s “Hottest MCs in the Game” list, will release his sophomore album this year. “Next album will hush all the critics that the 1st album didn’t,” he tweeted.
Roll out the caution tape. Young Jeezy is killing the club in the video for “R.I.P.” The Atlanta rapper was joined by an all-star cast including 2 Chainz, Nelly, Ne-Yo, Snoop Dogg, Trey Songz, Ludacris, E-40, Nipsey Hussle, and YG while shooting the clip at Greystone Manor in West Hollywood earlier this month.

Gucci Mane gets grimy on “Dirty Cup,” his collaboration with fellow ATLien 2 Chainz. The Zaytoven-produced cut serves as the second single off the Brick Squad rapper’s upcoming album Trap House 3: The Guwop Edition, available July 2 on iTunes. Gucci says it will be his last trap album. “My last trap album Im back n Zay basement,” he tweeted.
While his peers were recovering from NBA All-Star Weekend, The Game got back to work, shooting a video for “Ali Bomaye” on Monday. Fresh from Houston, Chris Brown and 2 Chainz joined him on set in L.A.
Breezy posed on the hood of a Rolls-Royce Phantom while making his cameo, while 2 Chainz shot his scene in a warehouse.
The song, which features 2 Chainz and Rick Ross, appears on Game’s latest album Jesus Piece. He shot scenes with Rozay earlier this month.
Game challenged 2 Chainz to a game of dice before he jetted back to ATL. “All I’m gone say is he travelling a little lighter back to the ‘A’ ha ha ha,” joked Game.
Drake took over Houston during NBA All-Star Weekend. After attending the Slam Dunk contest and “Two Kings” dinner with Jay-Z and LeBron James, the Young Money MC capped off his Saturday evening at Drink Houston nightclub.
He got on the mic with 2 Chainz to perform their hit “No Lie.” After telling the crowd to put their Hs in the air, he delivered his new single “Started From the Bottom” for the first time live, while 2 Chainz threw in some ad-libs.
“I want to dedicate this next song to everybody that came to Warehouse Live and used to bump ‘November 18th,’” said Drizzy before delving into the So Far Gone mixtape cut.
The stars packed the Toyota Center in Houston for the NBA All-Star Saturday Night festivities during All-Star Weekend. Sunday’s All-Star Game halftime performer Alicia Keys made it a family affair, sitting courtside with her husband Swizz Beatz and son Egypt, who is an avid basketball fan.
A passionate Drake awarded a 10 to Toronto Raptors’ Terrence Ross, who went on to win the Sprite Slam Dunk contest.

From the Grammys to the All-Star Game. 2 Chainz rocked the court with Fall Out Boy on NBA All-Star Saturday Night in Houston. The Grammy-nominated rapper joined Pete Wentz and the reunited band to perform their new single “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up).”
Rocking a camouflage Kobe Bryant jersey (which he later had the NBA star sign), he debuted a new verse as the Slam Dunk participants were introduced.
In addition to rapping on the song, 2 Chainz can be seen playing a pyromaniac in the accompanying video.
