New Music: Chris Brown & Tyga – ‘Ayo’

Ayo

Christmas comes early for Chris Brown and Tyga fans. Over four years since releasing their Fan of a Fan mixtape, the “Deuces” duo returns with “Ayo,” the first single off their upcoming joint album of the same name, due next year.

The fellas holla at the shorties with the “real hair” on the bouncy banger (think “Loyal”). Tyga kicks things off, declaring himself the “black Richie Rich,” while Breezy thirsts for Ice T’s wife Coco (“This don’t concern Ice”) and recalls his stint in rehab (“Rehabilitation just had me worried ’bout fu**in’”).

In addition to Fan of a Fan, Tyga plans to release The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty independently early next year.

He will join Chris and Trey Songz on their “Between the Sheets Tour,” which kicks off in January.

Drop the top and ride out to the club-ready cut below.

Video: Nicki Minaj f/ Drake, Lil Wayne, & Chris Brown – ‘Only’

Lil Wayne, Drake, and Nicki Minaj

Bad bitch alert. Nicki Minaj turns Pink Friday into Black Friday in the dark and twisted video for “Only,” the third single off The Pinkprint. In the Hannah Lux Davis-directed clip (“Bang Bang”), the rap queen plays a dominatrix, who tortures her male victims in an underground sex dungeon.

Her Young Money brothers Drake and Lil Wayne marvel at her assets, while her “Love More” collaborator Chris Brown makes a creepy cameo, complete with colored contacts and a grill.

Due December 15, The Pinkprint also features Beyoncé, Ariana Grande, Jessie Ware, Meek Mill, and more.

Nicki will appear on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and “The Real” next week to promote the album.

Watch Queen Nicki dominate the screen.

Jhené Aiko’s “Enter the Void Tour” sailed into L.A.’s Club Nokia on Sunday night. Following sets from Willow Smith, The Internet, and SZA, the L.A. native performed her Souled Out cuts for the hometown crowd and brought out some surprise guests including her daughter Namiko, Childish Gambino (“Bed Peace”), and Chris Brown.

The ladies went wild when Breezy appeared to perform their X collaboration “Drunk Texting” for the first time live.

“I’ve always been a fan of the music and just his drive to keep going despite everything that happens,” Jhené said of Chris. “They’re gonna come after you, time and time and time, you’re always gonna be your mistakes in people’s eyes. But it’s not about that. At the end of the day, it’s about the music.”

Earlier in the evening, SZA was joined onstage by her TDE labelmates Kendrick Lamar and the newly Grammy-nominated ScHoolboy Q.

The tour will play a second show at Club Nokia on Friday before wrapping on December 21 in Minneapolis.
