Wiz Khalifa set the studio ablaze with some special guests last night. The “Black and Yellow” rapper was in the lab with Chris Brown and Adam Levine working on his sophomore album O.N.I.F.C.

“My Last Album Was A Mixture Of Everything That Inspired Me At That Time Musically. My New Shit Is For RIch Muh Fuckas,” Wiz previously said of the follow-up to his major label debut Rolling Papers. “People Who Are Rich Wit Love For One Another And Peace U Feel Me? The Real Mu Fuckas Who Made Me Rich #ONIFC.”

Maroon 5 frontman Levine chimed in, “Serious shit happening in the studio.”

O.N.I.F.C. is due later this year. Wiz can currently be heard on his girlfriend Amber Rose’s debut single “Fame.”

Hip-hop heads got their money’s worth at the star-studded “Tru-2 Music” concert at Club Nokia L.A. LIVE on Friday night (Jan. 13). Busta Rhymes and Rick Ross co-headlined the evening, which also featured performances from YG and Eric Bellinger.

Bussa Buss stormed the stage in a black feathery coat, showering the front row with champagne and filling his set with plenty of surprise guests including Swizz Beatz, Snoop Dogg, and Chris Brown, who performed “Look at Me Now.”

The Teflon Don, who rescheduled the show after his medical emergency last year, performed his Rich Forever mixtape cuts live for the first time including “Holy Ghost,” “Yella Diamonds,” and the controversial “Stay Schemin’” with French Montana. “I felt dat real #CaliLuv,” tweeted Rozay.

Snoop Dogg’s recent weed arrest didn’t stop him from lighting one up backstage as he mingled with his peers. Other celebrity sightings included Ameriie, Iggy Azalea, and Nipsey Hussle.

Chris Brown pulls back the cover on his latest work of art. Breezy teams with frequent collaborator Kevin McCall aka K-Mac for “Mona Lisa,” a new track released via Twitter. “Get your ass up on that pole/ Get this money in my hand/ All this money drippin’ on you like paint, you’re my Mona Lisa,” sings Chris on the strip club anthem, which features rhymes from both artists. Chris Brown celebrated the new year by hosting a bash at PURE in Las Vegas. The R&B heartthrob capped a successful 2011 with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran, who went blonde for the occasion. Breezy, looking sharp in a black suit, shades, and skinny tie, arrived around 11:30 p.m. and walked the red carpet with his crew. Inside, he held court with pal Kevin McCall, counting down to 2012 and performing his hits including “Beautiful People,” “Yeah 3X,” and new single “Strip.” With his girlfriend and close friends by his side, he partied into the early morning in VIP.

“I LOVE Team Breezy unconditionally!” tweeted Chris to his fans. “Goodbye 2011. Let 2012 bring as much peace positivity and happiness as possible!”

In the final part of his interview with Rap-Up TV, T-Pain opens up about his friendship with Chris Brown and Ke$ha.

“I think my relationship with Chris is better than anybody else,” shares the “5 O’Clock” singer. “I don’t think I chill or bond with any other artist like that.”

T-Pain collaborated twice with Chris on his new album rEVOLVEr. “He’s winning more than anybody right now,” says a supportive Pain. “I don’t bother him, I don’t even call him, I just wait till he calls me.”

While they may seem like an odd pair, he and Ke$ha bonded because they’re both “rock stars.” But the “TiK ToK” singer is holding out on a collaboration. “She’s disappeared off the face of the Earth,” jokes Pain. “She has a song for me, but she don’t want to give it to me ’cause she think I’ma put it out.”
