French Montana links up with his Bad Boy family in the trailer for the Young Chop-produced “Ocho Cinco,” which appears on his mixtape Mac & Cheese 3. Diddy, Machine Gun Kelly, Red Cafe, and King Los join him in the gritty clip, which was shot in a graffitied warehouse in L.A. last month. The video premieres Sunday on MTV Jams and VEVO.

Meanwhile, French plans to shoot a video for his Excuse My French single “Freaks” featuring Nicki Minaj in Los Angeles on Monday.

will.i.am brings the action and the superstars in the video for the remix to “Scream & Shout.” In addition to pop queen Britney Spears, the Black Eyed Peas frontman calls on hip-hop’s leading men including Diddy, Waka Flocka Flame, Lil Wayne, and Hit-Boy for the simple clip, which was shot on a soundstage in L.A. The song will appear on will’s upcoming album #willpower.

Diddy, Queen Latifah, & MC Lyte Salute Mary J. Blige at VIBE Impact Awards

Mary J. Blige was celebrated like a true queen at VIBE’s 20th Anniversary Celebration and Inaugural Impact Awards at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood last night. The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul was surrounded by her closest friends including Diddy, Queen Latifah, Anita Baker, and MC Lyte at the intimate dinner party in her honor.

“It feels great to get the Impact of the Year award. It feels amazing,” a fur-clad Mary told Rap-Up TV.

Her mentor Diddy saluted the 42-year-old R&B icon, whose debut album What’s the 411? he executive produced. “Mary is my little sister. She’s one of the reasons why I’m here,” said Puff.

Hip-hop pioneer MC Lyte also acknowledged Mary’s instrumental role in blending hip-hop and R&B. “The first music of its kind to mix hip-hop and R&B… It meant everything. It was extremely impactful.”

Big Sean, Bridget Kelly, Babyface, Andre Harrell, and Wayne Brady also came out to toast MJB, while Nick Cannon DJ’d the after-party.

After the show, it’s the after party. Following Sunday’s Golden Globe Awards, musicians, actors, and athletes met up on the party circuit.

A dapper Diddy left his girl Cassie back home and ran into his ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez and her new boyfriend Casper Smart at The Weinstein Company’s celebration at the Beverly Hilton.

J.Lo mixed business with pleasure, holding court with Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein, her manager Benny Medina, and beau.

Meanwhile, 50 Cent put on his suit and tie and made his way from the NBC Universal bash to HBO’s soirĂ©e to Fox’s event, where he posed with “Modern Family” star Ariel Winter.

Swizz Beatz Brings Out Alicia Keys, Diddy, & Busta Rhymes at ‘Girls Night Out’

It’s showtime! Swizz Beatz brought out some of his superstar friends during “Girls Night Out” at Webster Hall in New York City last night. The super-producer was joined onstage by Diddy (“Same Damn Time”), Busta Rhymes (“Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See”), DJ Khaled (“All I Do Is Win”), and his wife Alicia Keys, who surprised him in the middle of “Everyday Birthday.”

“You just gonna pop up on my show like that?” said Swizz, to which Alicia replied, “I just figured I’d come say hi.”

She stuck around to perform her Girl on Fire single “New Day,” which her husband helped produce.

50 Cent, Jamie Foxx, Diddy, and John Legend Attend ‘Django Unchained’ Premiere

Music’s leading men mingled with Hollywood’s A-listers at the premiere of Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained in New York City on Tuesday. The film’s star Jamie Foxx looked sharp in a navy blue suit, while hip-hop moguls 50 Cent and Diddy held court on the carpet.

G.O.O.D. Music’s John Legend and Q-Tip also checked out the western starring Foxx, Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel L. Jackson, and Kerry Washington.

The movie received the stamp of approval from Mr. Legend, who tweeted, “Just saw #DjangoUnchained. So good. See that as soon as you can.”
