Drake Lives It Up at London After-Party

Drake

Drake showed love to London with the first of two sold-out shows at the O2 Arena on his “Club Paradise” tour. After coming off stage, Drizzy and his OVO crew made their way to DSTRKT nightclub to celebrate. The paparazzi caught the Canadian star looking tipsy as he stumbled out to his vehicle after a wild night of partying.

Just last week, Drake shot the video for “HYFR (Hell Ya Fuckin’ Right)” at a synagogue in Miami with Lil Wayne, Birdman, and DJ Khaled. The video for “Take Care” with Rihanna was scheduled to premiere last week, but has since been delayed to a later date.

“Take Care video coming soon. Apologize for jumping the gun you know I’m rushing for ya’ll,” he told his fans.

Drake will bring his “Club Paradise” tour back to the U.S. in May with special guests J. Cole, Waka Flocka Flame, Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, and French Montana. See tour dates.

Drake Reenacts Bar Mitzvah in ‘HYFR’ Video

Drake

Drake had a religious experience at the video shoot for “HYFR (Hell Ya Fuckin’ Right),” the Lil Wayne-assisted single off his sophomore album Take Care. The Canadian rapper suited up and put on a yarmulke as he paid homage to his Jewish roots at Temple Israel in downtown Miami on Wednesday (March 21).

Drizzy had flashbacks of his childhood while reenacting his bar mitzvah, as Trey Songz, Birdman, DJ Khaled, and Weezy stopped by to make cameos in the autobiographical video, directed by X.

GQ’s latest cover star was nice enough to hang out and take pictures with the staff and students at the daycare center. “A few teachers stuck around to snap pictures and thought Drake was a cutie,” said one mother, who was picking up her child. “Thanks, Drake, for smiling pretty for the teachers and toddlers.”

Check out more pics from the shoot below.

Drake Debuts New Verse at GQ Cover Shoot

Drake

Drake celebrated his second GQ cover by performing a never-before-heard verse during his photo shoot for the magazine’s first-ever Style Bible. Looking dapper in a tailored suit, Drizzy debuted “A Little Favour,” where he raps about women, getting paid half a mill a show, and buying Warhols for his crib.

“No love for these bitches I said this year it’s all bidness/ It is a shame that a couple of ‘em are off limits/ No offense to my ni**a/ It’s just the industry’s small, we all lust for the same women,” he rhymes, while confessing to hooking up with the same girls as his mentor.

“I know I got a couple things that Lil Wayne dipped in/ Ain’t ashamed to admit it.”

Watch him look sharp while delivering the slick verse below.

New Music: Melanie Fiona – ‘I Been That Girl’ (Co-Written by Drake)

Drake and Melanie Fiona

Drake lends his pen game to Melanie Fiona on “I Been That Girl.” Drizzy writes from the female perspective on the cautionary cut off Melanie’s sophomore album The MF Life, in stores Tuesday.

She and her fellow Canadian have history together, performing as teens in the group The Renaissance. “We go back to singing in cocktail lounges and basements,” Melanie told Rap-Up TV. “We’re just both so proud of each other.”
