Jay-Z Celebrates ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’ Release with Beyoncé, J. Cole, & Timbaland

Now that the hard work is over, Jay-Z was able to enjoy the fruits of his labor at a party celebrating the release of Magna Carta Holy Grail on Wednesday night. The hip-hop mogul was joined by his close friends and collaborators as he partied until the early morning in Brooklyn.

Beyoncé flew out from the West Coast, where she is on tour, to be by her husband’s side. Hip-hop’s first couple was seen getting down on the dance floor to Magna Carta tracks including “Picasso Baby” and “BBC.”

Timbaland, who produced the majority of the album, also toasted with Mr. Carter as did J. Cole, Busta Rhymes, Nick Cannon, Adrienne Bailon, Raekwon, and others.

New Music: Elijah Blake f/ J. Cole – ‘Vendetta’

Vendetta

Elijah Blake links with J. Cole on his new single “Vendetta.” The singer-songwriter, who released his EP Bijoux 22 earlier this year, lays his heart on the line on the vulnerable record.

“I know it might seem weird to you that sometimes our dreams come true, but sometimes our fears do too,” raps Cole on his verse.

The song is set to appear on Blake’s upcoming debut Songs About Melody.

J. Cole Brings Out Kendrick Lamar in Houston

After surprising NYC with Drake and shutting down Philly with Meek Mill, J. Cole brought out Kendrick Lamar during his “Dollar & A Dream” show in Houston on Monday.

The Compton rapper hit the House of Blues stage to perform their Born Sinner collaboration “Forbidden Fruit” for the first time. He kept the crowd on its feet with “HiiiPoWeR” and “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe.”

H-town’s own Bun B, Kirko Bangz, Slim Thug, and Trae Tha Truth also joined him onstage during the sold-out concert.

“H-townnnn legendary shit,” tweeted Cole.
