Video: Timbaland x Timberlake Live at the House of Blues

Timbaland gave fans way more than their money’s worth when his Shock Value II tour touched down at West Hollywood’s House of Blues Sunset Strip on Friday night (Jan. 29). Drake, Game, Keri Hilson, Brandy, SoShy, and Justin Timberlake all hit the stage for the hottest ticket of Grammy weekend and Rap-Up TV was there to capture it all.

The evening’s special guests got the crowd amped, but no one could outdo Justin Timberlake, who joined Timbo for a 20-minute set of their hits, including “Carry Out,” “SexyBack,” and “My Love.”

Rap-Up TV: Game Talks Justin Timberlake Collaboration

Moments after getting the Star Trak logo tatted on his arm, Game spoke to Rap-Up TV about collaborating with Justin Timberlake on a Pharrell-produced “classic” from his fourth LP The R.E.D. Album, due in February.

The rapper, born Jayceon Taylor, described working with the other JT. “The vibe changed and it went to where I could see Grammy Awards,” he said. “I never thought in my life that I would ever work with Justin, and then for it to turn out and be as catastrophic as it was was amazing.”

Oscar winner Jamie Foxx and Grammy winner Justin Timberlake put their winning talents on wax. Their collaboration, which Foxx hopes will “play throughout the NBA finals,” is set to appear on his fourth studio album, due next year.

Foxx described working with Timberlake. “I get into the studio, this dude produces three tracks for me. It is absolutely crazy and I had to bow down,” he told George Lopez. “The way I got him on the track—’cause he wasn’t gonna get on the track—I just literally said, ‘Man, my people suffered for 500 years.’ I said, ‘You owe me this.’”
