Lil Wayne Launches Spectre by Supra Sneakers

Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne may have lost his endorsement deal with Mountain Dew, but he had another reason to celebrate. The Young Money mogul launched his Spectre by Supra footwear line in Miami last night. The avid skateboarder partnered with the skating brand after they saw his passion for the sport.

Weezy took to the indoor ramp to skate with pro Stevie Williams and inked a tattoo on a guest. His manager Cortez Bryant, Young Money president Mack Maine, and Bun B also joined the festivities.

Wayne will oversee the design of the shoes, which hit retailers this month. “I’ve been rocking this shoe before I even knew what it was, so for me to start skating now and shoe lines start coming at me, it would’ve been only right to mess with the people I been rocking with,” he told MTV News.
