“American Idol” ended its 12th season on a high note. In addition to crowning a winner, judge Mariah Carey performed a medley of her biggest hits spanning over the past two decades. The performance was taped last night and aired during Thursday’s finale.

Wearing a white mermaid gown, the pop diva belted out song after song. She started with her 1990 debut single “Vision of Love” before moving into “Make It Happen,” “Hero,” “My All,” and “We Belong Together,” ending with her latest, “#Beautiful,” which debuted at No. 24 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week. Her duet partner Miguel was absent, but she was joined by fellow judge Randy Jackson on bass.

Less is more in the stunning video for Mariah Carey and Miguel’s duet “#Beautiful,” which debuted on “American Idol.” The pop diva looks gorgeous as she models some skimpy outfits and rides on the back of a motorcycle with Miguel in the summery visuals, directed by Joseph Kahn.

The hot mama shows off her banging body while posing on a bike and gives her co-star a private show in a short yellow dress. Miguel takes it all in from the front seat of a vintage Porsche in a garage full of chandeliers.

The follow-up to 2009’s Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel is due this summer featuring production from Jermaine Dupri, Bryan-Michael Cox, Big Jim Wright, Hit-Boy, The-Dream, Mike WiLL Made It, and Rodney Jerkins.

Mariah also confirmed that her twins, Monroe and Moroccan, will appear on the album, along with the top 3 “Idol” contestants, Candice, Kree, and Angie, who added their vocals to one song.

Mariah Carey makes sweet music with Miguel on “#Beautiful,” the first single off her upcoming album. The pop diva and “Adorn” singer duet on the breezy guitar-driven number, perfect for the summer months ahead. The subtle song was written and produced by Mariah and Miguel.

A video, directed by Joseph Kahn, is set to premiere Wednesday on “American Idol.” Mariah will also kick off the “Good Morning America” Concert Series on May 24 in Central Park.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon went all out to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary. “ET” was inside as the couple shut down Disneyland for the fairytale festivities.

Mariah and her daughter Monroe rode down Main Street in a horse-drawn carriage to meet their Prince Charmings, Nick and son Moroccan. The “big kids” brought the Cinderella fantasy to life for around 250 guests and their twins, who celebrated their second birthday earlier in the day.

After renewing their vows, the couple kissed in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle as fireworks lit up the night sky. The party continued well into the early hours of Wednesday morning, with Nick DJ’ing the reception.

“We’ve been through so much in the five years,” said Nick, who was hospitalized last year for kidney failure. “But to be able to experience things with your best friend, to have a teammate in this game of life, is amazing.”

Mariah and Nick have renewed their vows every year. Last year they marked their fourth anniversary at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Five years ago, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon surprised everyone by getting married in the Bahamas. On Tuesday, the couple celebrated their fifth anniversary with a fairytale ceremony at the Happiest Place on Earth. Nick Cannon went all out for the special occasion, shutting down Disneyland for his wife and children.

Around 250 guests including Jermaine Dupri, Da Brat, and songwriter Diane Warren arrived to watch the couple renew their vows in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. The pop diva arrived fashionably late in a horse-drawn pumpkin-shaped carriage with her daughter Monroe, and met her Prince Charming, who was waiting with their son Moroccan.

“Happy 5th(!!!!!!) Anniversary to the Best Husband in All The Land & 2 years ago pon de delivery,” tweeted Mimi, who will release her new single “Beautiful” featuring Miguel on Monday, May 6.

Earlier in the day, they celebrated the second birthday of Dem Babies at the amusement park.
