The Giants and the Patriots weren’t the only stars on the field on Super Bowl Sunday. Madonna put on a thrilling performance during the Bridgestone Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The pop queen delivered a dazzling medley of her greatest hits in front of over 100 million viewers.

Dressed as a gladiator in Givenchy, she made a grand entrance to “Vogue” before joining acrobats from Cirque du Soleil for “Music” and LMFAO on their hits “Party Rock Anthem” and “Sexy and I Know It.” Pom poms in hand, she marched into her new single “Give Me All Your Luvin’” with her cheerleading squad including firecracker Nicki Minaj and a middle finger-flipping M.I.A.

After segueing into “Open Your Heart” and “Express Yourself,” Cee Lo Green helped the Material Girl take it to church with “Like a Prayer,” accompanied by a gospel choir. Twelve minute later, she disappeared through a cloud of smoke to roaring applause and the words “World Peace” spelled out on the floor.

With Super Bowl XLVI just days away, halftime show headliner Madonna returns to the front lines with the video for “Give Me All Your Luvin’,” the first single from her 12th album MDNA, due March 26. The pop queen assembles an all-star team of femme fatales for the cheerleading and football-themed visuals, directed by Megaforce.

Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. raise their pom poms as they flank the Material Girl in cheerleading outfits, and Young Money’s First Lady delivers her own feisty verse as her alter ago Roman Zolanski. “I’m Roman, I’m a barbarian, I’m Conan,” she raps.

Madonna expressed her admiration for her co-stars. “I love [Nicki and M.I.A.] and I wanted to collaborate with both of them on my record because I’m a big fan of their music, but also I like their independence,” she told Anderson Cooper. “They’re cheeky and unique and they have individual voices and they’re not conventional pop stars, and I really admire them both.”

The trio will perform the song live for the first time at Sunday’s Super Bowl halftime show in Indianapolis.

Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. join Madonna’s cheerleading squad in the Megaforce-directed video for “Give Me All Your Luvin’,” the first single from the Material Girl’s 12th album MDNA (March 26). A one-minute preview aired tonight on “American Idol,” and the full video will premiere on YouTube tomorrow at 9 a.m. EST.

J. Cole and Nicki Minaj will compete for Best New Artist at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards on February 12. The superstar rappers shared their journey to the Grammys in a video series presented by Pepsi and Pandora.

Before the “Work Out” MC was signed to Roc Nation, he was a college kid trying to get his CD in Jay-Z’s hands. He describes moving to the big city and being rejected by Jay the first time they met.

“Being the first artist signed to Roc Nation, there’s a lot of pressure that rides on it, a lot of expectations,” said the North Carolina native. “That’s how I work, I work off motivation. I’m about to really kill the game ’cause I’m prepared.”

Four-time nominee Nicki, who will perform at this year’s show, is just happy to be nominated. “I’m not going to be nervous about winning ’cause I really don’t think I’m gonna win anything,” said the pink-haired diva. “I know eventually in my career I’m gonna have Grammys. This year is just about being nominated and feeling grateful.”

Nicki Minaj locked lips with Madonna while shooting the video for the Material Girl’s single “Give Me All Your Luvin’” in December. During an interview on Anderson Cooper’s talk show “Anderson,” the pop queen shared her admiration for the Young Money rapper and gushed about their intimate moment.

“I listen to Nicki Minaj. I love her,” said Madge. “I love [Nicki and M.I.A.] actually and I wanted to collaborate with both of them on my record because I’m a big fan of their music, but also I like their independence, I like their spirit. They’re cheeky and unique and they have individual voices and they’re not conventional pop stars, and I really admire them both.”

She shared what led to her much-talked-about smooch with Nicki. “It was her birthday and it was actually the end of one of those long days of shooting and we were all giving a birthday toast to her,” explained Madonna. “After a few sips of champagne, I kissed her.”

The song and video for “Give Me All Your Luvin’” will debut Friday, and the trio will team up for a performance at Sunday’s Super Bowl halftime show.
