New Music: T.I. f/ Young Thug – ‘About the Money’

About the Money

Cha-ching. T.I. only sees dollar signs on his latest song “About the Money.” The Hustle Gang chief chases his paper, while “Stoner” rapper Young Thug lays down the hook on the London On Da Track production.

A music video for the song is set to debut this week, while T.I.’s album Paperwork is due later this year.

Lady Gaga Brings Out T.I. at Madison Square Garden

T.I. and Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga’s “artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball” touched down at Madison Square Garden in New York last night. During the sold-out show, the pop superstar brought out T.I. to perform their ARTPOP collaboration “Jewels N’ Drugs” for the first time together.

“Sold out @MadisonSquareGarden wit da homie @ladygaga finna #turnit #kingshit #aintshitlikeit #hustlegangovererrrrthang,” tweeted Tip, who cozied up backstage with Gaga.

He was unable to make it to London when Gaga debuted the song with Twista and Too $hort at the iTunes Festival last September.

Video: T.I. – ‘Turn It’

T.I.

Bring ‘em out, bring ‘em out. T.I. brings out the choppers in the explosive video for his new DJ Toomp-produced anthem “Turn It,” directed by Phillyflyboy. The Hustle Gang chief blazes up the trap, rapping on top of cars and inside a gritty warehouse, while surrounded by some sexy ladies.

The song can be found on DJ MLK’s mixtape Goodnight Don’t Exist in ATL 4, which also features Tip’s remixes to Jhené Aiko’s “The Worst,” Que’s “Jungle Fever,” and Yung Booke’s “Ain’t Gon Do It.”

T.I. is gearing up for his ninth album Paperwork, which will be executive produced by Pharrell.

New Music: T.I. f/ Jhené Aiko – ‘The Worst (Remix)’

T.I. is on his grind. In addition to dropping his DJ Toomp-produced song “Turn It,” the Hustle Gang chief has remixed Jhené Aiko’s Sail Out single “The Worst” as part of DJ MLK’s Goodnight Don’t Exist in ATL 4.

Tip draws on his own relationship experience as he responds to his scorned lover on the male-bashing record.

“Take to social media to try me / Puttin’ folk all in our B all on IG / I don’t believe it, I don’t wanna see it / Maybe I’ll wake up tomorrow, it’ll be deleted,” he raps.

The mixtape also includes Tip’s remixes to Que’s “Jungle Fever” and Yung Booke’s “Ain’t Gon Do It.”

New Music: T.I. – ‘Turn It’

T.I.

T.I. reunites with Grammy-winning hitmaker DJ Toomp (“What You Know,” “Got Your Back”) for “Turn It.”

The King of the South turns up for the trap on the street banger off DJ MLK’s mixtape Goodnight Don’t Exist in ATL 4, which also features recent releases from 2 Chainz, Lil Wayne, Lil Boosie, Meek Mill, and more.

Last year, Tip signed a deal with Columbia Records and is readying his ninth album Paperwork with help from Timbaland and executive producer Pharrell.

Video: Doe B f/ T.I. – ‘Homicide’

T.I.

T.I. continues to carry out the legacy of Doe B by premiering the video for their collaboration “Homicide,” which appears on his late protégé’s album D.O.A.T. 3 (Definition of a Trapper).

The four-minute clip features footage of the 22-year-old Alabama rapper, who was shot and killed last year, in the studio mixed with new footage of T.I.

Just last month, Tip dropped Doe B’s posthumous album featuring appearances from his Hustle Gang family including Trae Tha Truth and Young Dro.

T.I. recently made headlines of his own for rescuing a woman in a car accident. He helped the driver out of her wrecked SUV, but she was more excited to meet the rapper. Luckily, she was OK.
