The Game Celebrates Birthday with Ed Sheeran, Wiz Khalifa

It was a black-tie affair as The Game celebrated his 34th birthday on Black Friday. The festivities kicked off at upscale restaurant Philippe Chow in Los Angeles, where the Compton MC was joined by his friends and family including Tiffney Cambridge, Ed Sheeran, Laura Govan, LoLa Monroe, and DJ Skee.

The birthday boy, looking dapper in a black tuxedo and red bow tie, toasted with guests at the private dinner and was presented with a cake inspired by his Blood Money Records label.

He wished himself happy birthday. “Another year……. Amazed at what I am, who I am…. Proud to be me !!!!!!!!” tweeted Game. “Appreciate all of you for riding with me on my journey through life. It means everything to me.”

The party continued at Friday Night Rox at Roxbury, where he turned up with Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign, and Too $hort. Wiz kept the bottles of Ace of Spades coming, while Game sipped Dom Perignon Luminous. He got on the mic to thank everyone for celebrating with him, and Ty capped off the evening with a performance of “Paranoid.”

Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Wiz Khalifa, & Kelly Rowland Attend Drake’s L.A. Show

In addition to bringing Nicki Minaj and Snoop Dogg onstage, there were plenty of star sightings backstage at Drake’s “Would You Like a Tour?” concert at L.A.’s Staples Center on Monday night.

Nicki squashed rumors of a fallout with her YMCMB labelmate and performed “Make Me Proud,” plus snapped Instagram pics with Birdman, the Kardashian clan, and Tyga.

Ciara grabbed a bite to eat at Katsuya before quietly sneaking inside the venue to catch her fiancé Future’s opening set.

Wiz, who joined Miguel for “Adorn” earlier in the evening, kicked it backstage with Rihanna, Snoop Dogg, and Jaden Smith.

Kelly Rowland, who is rumored to be engaged to manager Tim Witherspoon, caught up with Miguel.

Tyler, the Creator was overcome with emotion while watching Drizzy. “DRAKE SHOW WAS AWESOME WOW,” tweeted the Odd Future leader. “WOW DRAKE DID ‘ALL ME’ AND T STARTED CRYING TRUE STORY.”

The Game, Wiz Khalifa, & Snoop Dogg Attend Xbox One Launch

Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, and The Game

Hip-hop’s biggest stars came together at the launch of Xbox One at Milk Studios in Hollywood on Thursday night. The Game, Wiz Khalifa, and Snoop Dogg kicked backed and lit up as they played games on Microsoft’s new console.

“3 of a kind……… Me @snoopdogg & @mistercap blazin’ at the party…… Don’t trip… This is California & we all got our weed cards… #XBOX #Microsoft,” tweeted Game.

All three are working on new projects. Wiz Khalifa has tapped Miley Cyrus and Adele for Blacc Hollywood, while Snoop’s funk album 7 Days of Funk arrives Dec. 10. Following his signing to Cash Money, Game is working on the follow-up to 2012′s Jesus Piece.

To commemorate the 20th anniversary of his iconic album Doggystyle, Snoop has put together a mixtape of all the samples used to make the album along with his commentary. Stream it below.

New Music: Mike WiLL Made-It f/ Migos & Wiz Khalifa – ‘Whippin a Brick’

From Miley to Migos, super-producer Mike WiLL Made-It teams with the “Versace” trio and Wiz Khalifa on “Whippin a Brick,” the first leak from his upcoming mixtape #MikeWiLLBeenTriLL.

“‘Whippin a Brick’ is the new lingo,” said Mike WiLL. “When we talk about it, we’re talking about whipping white foreign vehicles—that’s what me and my homies use it for. I did a couple of records with Migos, and this is just one of them. Wiz heard it and he loved it, so I had him hop on it. It’s that new joint for the club.”

Due in late December, the project is also set to feature his Miley Cyrus-assisted hit “23,” plus appearances from Jay Z, Future, Ciara, Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, ScHoolboy Q, Jeezy, Gucci Mane, and more.
