50 Cent is betting big on the New York Giants. Backstage at the Bud Light Hotel in Indianapolis during Super Bowl weekend, the hip-hop tycoon spoke to Yahoo! about the million-dollar wager on his home town.

“Baby had said he had $5 million on the Patriots,” 50 said in response to the Cash Money CEO’s proposed bet on New England. “I just think he was just passionate about the Patriots winning and just said that. I don’t think he actually would bet $5 million.”

The G-Unit captain banked $500,000 when the Giants defeated the 49ers in the playoffs. “It would just be risking what I won the first time,” he explained.

But one bet he won’t be taking is posing nude on Twitter if the Giants lose, which one fan suggested. “No. This is what happens on my Twitter,” he said. “When people say really crazy things, I say, ‘OK.’ I don’t say anything else. I just say, ‘OK’ so my fans can see the crazy things people say to me because they don’t pay attention to what they’re saying. They only pay attention to my response.”

The Giants weren’t the only winners this weekend. New York’s own 50 Cent bet big on his home team and ended up collecting when they defeated the San Francisco 49ers in Sunday’s playoff game to advance to the Super Bowl. The hip-hop tycoon showed off his earnings (rumored to be $500,000) on Twitter, posing with racks on racks of $100 bills.

“Just watched a 500,000 dollar foot ball game get on my level,” tweeted 50, who plans to share his wealth with his grandmother. “I’m giving this money to my nana she gonna faint LMAO all she do is go to the church.”

50 Cent proudly showed off his STREET and SYNC by 50 headphones at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas on Tuesday (Jan. 10). The hip-hop mogul was on hand to sign autographs and take photos with fans on the showroom floor, speaking with Spike TV during a live interview.

“It’s an extension to my passion for music ’cause I spend more time in the studio actually mixing material, making sure that the sound quality is right than actually creating the idea,” said 50, who declared his headphones the best wireless set on the market.

He also briefly touched on his music, reiterating his concerns with his label. “I wrote this album and it’s been discouraging at points to not see the same efforts from everyone,” he explained.

50 Cent shakes up the clubs on his new single “Girls Go Wild” featuring Jeremih, which premiered on his MySpace page. The whimsical banger, produced by Mike Will, features radio-friendly rhymes from Fif and a catchy sing-song hook.

An upset 50 took to Twitter to express his disappointment with the song’s early premiere. “I have lost all the faith in the team I’m on,” he wrote. “I having nothing left to say I will not be promoting my music.”
