Video: Chris Brown f/ Ariana Grande – ‘Don’t Be Gone Too Long’

Chris Brown and Ariana Grande

Chris Brown sparks a new flame with Ariana Grande in the long-awaited video for their pop-dance collaboration “Don’t Be Gone Too Long.” The medieval-themed clip, directed by Brown, was shot earlier this year, but was put on hold after Chris’ jail sentence.

The pop superstars show off their chemistry in the romantic scenes. Ariana plays a princess, who falls in love with Chris, but the kingdom does not approve of their relationship. Breezy is captured and locked away, but nothing can keep them apart. He eventually manages to escape and return to his love.

A version of the song without Ariana appears on Chris’ album X, which drops Tuesday.

Watch their forbidden love story unfold.

The stars came together for a good cause during the 4th biennial “Stand Up to Cancer” event at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Friday.
