When she’s not dedicating time to her Young Money family, Shanell is lending a hand to other artists including her friend Aubrey O’Day. The singer-songwriter dueted with the former Danity Kane member on a cover of Eddie Murphy’s 1985 hit “Party All the Time.”

Now Aubrey is planning to keep the party going with a solo album, and Shanell drops a few hints as to what it may sound like. “She loves the ’80s and she’s kind of a I-love-everybody type of fun girl, so it’ll probably be along those lines. Just fun music, dance music,” she tells Rap-Up TV.

Aubrey O’Day, who recently exited her role in the Vegas revue “Peepshow,” returned to Sin City to celebrate her 26th birthday with a bash at Jet Nightclub at The Mirage on Friday night (Feb. 12). The former Danity Kane member made Playboy magazine’s 2010 Sexiest Celebrities list, along with Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, and Nicole Scherzinger.

A teary-eyed Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon celebrated their first wedding anniversary at Moon nightclub inside the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on Thursday.

Guests including L.A. Reid, Tyrese, and Floyd Mayweather watched a video Nick produced of the couple’s “Love Story,” which made his wife cry.

“This is the most amazing person in the world,” he told guests about his wife. “I dedicate my life to her daily, and together this union is gonna last forever. She is my rock.”
