The summer may almost be over, but that’s not stopping Aubrey O’Day from flaunting her hot body. The former Danity Kane member recently posed for a poolside portrait in Irvine, Calif., where she grew up. The blonde bombshell, who shared her struggle with weight gain on her Oxygen reality show “All About Aubrey,” got her body back in shape with some help from Barry’s Bootcamp. As part of her daily exercise routine, she ran on the treadmill and lifted weights, foregoing junk food and soda. Lookin’ good, Aubrey!

The party girls are back. Shanell is reuniting with Aubrey O’Day for a sequel to their ’80s jam “Party All the Time.”

The Young Money songstress and former Danity Kane diva have been busy with their own projects, but are finding time to record a continuation to their 2009 cover of Eddie Murphy and Rick James’ 1985 hit. “That is the reunion of ‘Party All of the Time,’” Shanell told Rap-Up.com of the as-yet-untitled record. “We started something and we’re gonna get back in and finish. I think we’re both party girls so it will still have that party essence.”

The result may appear on Shanell’s upcoming mixtape Nobody’s Bitch, the follow-up to last year’s Shut Up and Listen. “It’s gonna be a real fun mixtape,” she said. “I think Shut Up and Listen was more laid-back. Nobody’s Bitch is gonna be the party girl, the party animal.”

In addition to Aubrey, she’s collaborating with some new talent. “I’m not really one to follow any trends that somebody else already set, so there’s a lot of new producers I’ve met along the way that I believe in and collaborated with for the sound of Shanell to take over the airwaves.”

Shanell serves as artistic director on Lil Wayne’s “I Am Still Music” tour, which starts its second leg on July 13 in Hartford, Conn.

Aubrey O’Day got her body right for the summer while hosting a pool party at Liquid Pool Lounge in Las Vegas on Saturday (May 21). The “All About Aubrey” reality star flaunted her assets in a white bikini, chilling poolside with girlfriend Krystal Bronson and Rob Knox of production team The Y’s. “Partying with the Aubtourage in Vegas!” tweeted the “Automatic” singer, who has been recording her solo debut for release on SRC Records.

The former Danity Kane diva debuted the song live last year, but the electro-pop party anthem was officially released to iTunes following the season finale of her Oxygen reality show “All About Aubrey.”

“It’s the first song I recorded for my solo project because I wanted to represent all the people who don’t feel the need to go all out to get attention,” stated Aubrey of the Adonis production. “This song is for everyone who automatically commands attention whenever they walk into a room! Everything they do is ‘Automatic’!”

Aubrey O’Day is ready to fly solo. The former Danity Kane diva has inked a record deal and is prepping the release of her debut single.

After two successful albums with the female group, the blonde bombshell will release her solo effort on SRC/Universal Motown, home to Asher Roth and Melanie Fiona. She has recorded at least 50 songs, including the electro-charged lead single “Automatic,” produced by DK collaborator Adonis.

The star of Oxygen’s “All About Aubrey” explained that the club banger is a sign of the times. “‘Automatic’ is the right fit for where music is headed now,” she told Billboard. “It’s a pop-dance track, but I wanted to go in the club and write a song about not having to put on all the glamour and the glitz.”

With her reality show inviting fans inside her world, Aubrey revealed that her as-yet-untitled solo release will be in line with what her former group would have recorded. “You’re gonna see a lot of club, dance tracks. A lot of what Danity Kane would have put on a third album,” she previously told Rap-Up TV. “I really want to push the standards and stay true to who I am as a person.”

“Automatic” will hit iTunes on April 12, the day after her show wraps its first season.

Aubrey O’Day may still be getting over being “fired” by Diddy on national television, but that hasn’t stopped her from pursuing a solo career. One song she recorded is an emotional ballad called “Goodbye Heartbreak.” “That really was me letting go of my past and voicing what I have been feeling for a very long time and where I hope to go from that feeling,” she explained. “I hope that it can inspire anyone that’s had a lot of heartbreak in their past to let go of it and find a better place on their own.”

Aubrey, who is very involved with the writing process, has been in the studio with Young Money’s Shanell and the producers who worked on Danity Kane’s albums. At first she decided to go in an ’80s direction, but soon found herself gravitating toward a “’90s retro sound.” “I really want to push the standards and stay true to who I am as a person.”

Fans will get to see her reunite with fellow Danity Kane alum Aundrea to record a song. The making of their collaboration will be documented on an upcoming episode of her reality show.

Aubrey O’Day’s world crashed when she was fired on-air by Diddy on MTV’s “Making the Band” in 2008. Now viewers will get to see the next chapter in the wild child’s life as she picks up the pieces and moves on in her new reality series “All About Aubrey,” premiering tonight at 10 p.m. on Oxygen.
