Fergie Talks Drug Abuse, Bisexuality, and Black Eyed Peas’ Future with Oprah

Oprah has put Rihanna, Usher, and Jennifer Hudson in the hot seat, and for the latest installment in her “Next Chapter” series on OWN, she sat down with Fergie. The media mogul dined with the Black Eyed Peas frontwoman, born Stacy Ann Ferguson, at her family’s vineyard in Solvang, Calif.

No topic was off limits—from her addiction to crystal meth to rumors that her husband cheated on her with a stripper to same-sex relationships. The former child star also got candid about butting heads with will.i.am (who she calls her “work husband”), the future of the Black Eyed Peas, and her marriage to Josh Duhamel, who joined her along with her parents and sister. Plus, find out which member of the Peas she made out with (much to Josh’s surprise).

Kanye West Brings Out Fergie to Perform ‘All of the Lights’ [Video]

Kanye West was one of the headlining acts on the first day of the SWU Music & Arts Festival in São Paulo, Brazil, on Saturday. Dressed in his Coachella attire, Yeezy brought out surprise guest Fergie, who was also on the bill with the Black Eyed Peas, to perform “All of the Lights” together for the first time. Fergie rapped her short verse before hugging Kanye and quickly exiting the stage. “Make some noise for Fergie, ya’ll,” said ‘Ye.

Fergie Gets Hands-On with Wax Figure


Fergie checked out her lovely lady lumps at the unveiling of her wax figure at Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas on Thursday. The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman, looking pretty in pink, posed suggestively with her “Fergalicious” look-alike, who donned the spacey catsuit from the Peas’ live shows.

“I am thrilled. I don’t even have a doll and now I have this giant-sized doll of me. It’s amazing. It’s a dream. I’ve always wanted a wax figure,” said the 36-year-old singer before dropping the curtain on the statue.

Fergie, will.i.am, Taboo, and apl.de.ap will take a break from music, but despite rumors, the group has not called it quits. “we the @bep will never die…never…impossible,” wrote will.i.am.

Trey Songz, Mary J. Blige, and Fergie Spice Up Fragrance Awards

Trey Songz cozied up to the gorgeous Halle Berry at the 2011 FiFi Awards, the Fragrance Foundation’s annual celebration, at Lincoln Center in New York City. The ladies’ man looked sharp in a black-and-white tuxedo while presenting the awards for Consumers’ Choice and Perfume Extraordinaire.

Mary J. Blige smelled the sweet scent of success, picking up the Direct to Consumer and Fragrance Sales Breakthrough awards for her My Life perfume. “I’m so excited to tell my Fam The My Life Fragrance won 2 huge awards @ the fifi’s 2night!!!! Thank You so much!!!” tweeted Mary.

Fergie, radiant in a yellow chiffon dress, was also honored with the New Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award for her Outspoken fragrance, which became the biggest launch in the company’s history.

Pharrell, Fergie, and Melanie Fiona Drop Knowledge at ASCAP Expo


Pharrell lent his expertise to aspiring producers, songwriters, and artists at the ASCAP “I Create Music” Expo over the weekend at the Renaissance Hollywood in Los Angeles. The Neptunes hitmaker provided insight into how to build a successful music career, while Fergie discussed music creation along with Cash Money’s Kevin Rudolf.

Jermaine Dupri joined So So Def affiliate Johntá Austin for his Master Session, while Melanie Fiona and “Only Girl (In the World)” songwriter Cri$tyle shared their experiences navigating the music industry.

During the “Deconstructing Drake” panel, producers Boi-1da and Noah “40” Shebib explained how they helped launch one of 2010’s biggest success stories.
