French Montana Hits the Gym and Flaunts Fit Physique

French Montana

French Montana is getting fit. Following his breakup with Khloe Kardashian, the Coke Boy rapper hit the gym and went to work. A shirtless French showed off the results of his intense workout to his 2 million Instagram followers.

He turned his flab into a six pack thanks to the CrossFit training program, which has also helped Rick Ross lose over 100 pounds.

But don’t panic, he’s just getting started. “Back at it #turbogrind #dontplayyourself #haaaa #crossfit,” tweeted French.

He is gearing up to release his sophomore album Mac & Cheese in December. He recently shot a video for his new single “Gucci Mane” with Lil Wayne and Rick Ross, and joined Jeremih on set of the “Don’t Tell ‘Em (Remix)” video.

See more pics of French’s transformation below.

Video: Ashanti f/ French Montana – ‘Early in the Morning’

Early in the Morning

Ashanti turns up the heat in the steamy video for her French Montana-assisted single “Early in the Morning” off March’s Braveheart. The R&B diva, who celebrated her 34th birthday on Monday, hits the studio (look for a cameo from her younger sister Shia), but she can’t take her mind off her man (played by French). He keeps texting her so she rolls over to the club, where she puts on a sexy show just for him.

The two previously collaborated on Ashanti’s 2012 single “No One Greater,” and Ashanti made a cameo in French’s “R&B Bitches” video over the summer.

Don't Tell 'Em (Remix)

As the song continues to rise up the charts (It’s currently No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100), Jeremih calls on French Montana and Ty Dolla $ign for the remix to his DJ Mustard-produced banger “Don’t Tell ‘Em.”

Over a sample of Snap!’s 1992 hit “Rhythm Is a Dancer,” Ty sets off the track (“Told her toot it, then I boot it like the World Cup”), while French acts a fool—Bobby Brown—with it.
