Some of Michael Jackson’s most famous fans and family members gathered to celebrate the iconic career of the pop legend at a tribute show in Cardiff, Wales, on Saturday (Oct. 8). “Michael Forever: The Tribute Concert,” which was sanctioned by Michael’s mother Katherine Jackson, featured superstar sets from Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Ne-Yo, Leona Lewis, and more, with hosts Jamie Foxx and Fearne Cotton. The Jackson family, including Michael’s three kids, took the glove-shaped stage before tens of thousands of devoted fans at Millenium Stadium. Among the highlights…

• Ne-Yo kicked off the four-hour extravaganza by channeling the pop icon during “Billie Jean” and “The Lady In My Life.” He thrilled with MJ’s signature moves in his iconic glittery jacket and glove.
• Michael’s children Prince, Paris, and Blanket introduced Beyoncé, who appeared via satellite. Rocking an Afro, B performed one of her favorite Jackson records “I Wanna Be Where You Are.”
• Emotions ran high as Christina Aguilera belted out MJ’s favorite ballad “Smile,” kicking it up a notch with “Dirty Diana.”
• Britain’s “X Factor” champ Alexandra Burke delivered the Jackson 5’s “Who’s Lovin’ You” and “Scream,” Michael’s collaboration with his sister Janet.
• Cee Lo Green toned down the flash, performing “I Can’t Help It” from Off the Wall, wearing a simple white T-shirt.
• Michael’s nephews 3T reunited for the Jackson 5’s “Heartbreak Hotel” and “Why,” a duet with their late uncle.
• Leona Lewis was joined by ballerinas for “Stranger in Moscow.” “What an electric experience!” she wrote. “Honoured to be a part of the show.”
• La Toya Jackson hit the stage for the first time in 20 years, performing “In the Closet” and “Jam” with Heavy D.
• Tears streamed down fans’ faces as Gladys Knight and Smokey Robinson dueted on a beautiful cover of “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You.”
• Ne-Yo, JLS, and members of the Jackson family came together on stage for the all-star finale of “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough.”

Previously announced performers the Black Eyed Peas and Jennifer Hudson pulled out of the show. “To my uk fans that were coming to the mj show in wales. I will no longer be attentding due to major production issues,” tweeted Hudson. “I would have thought they would have informed you all by now, so since they did not, I am. Thank u for your support.”

Brothers Jermaine and Randy boycotted the event because of its timing with the Jackson manslaughter trial, while Janet explained that it would be too painful to perform amidst the court proceedings.

Jamie Foxx lives it up with Money Malc on the celebratory “Helluva Life,” the first single from the latter’s Beatdown Industries/Universal Republic debut. The Jersey rapper’s album OverQualified is due November 15 featuring contributions from Rico Love, Jim Jonsin, and Marsha Ambrosius, who appears on the second single. Kelly Rowland’s release week festivities continue. Following her reunion with her Destiny’s Child groupmates in New York, the “Motivation” singer traveled to the Left Coast to celebrate with her friends at Eden nightclub in Hollywood. Hollywood’s hotshots migrated to Cannes, France, for the 64th Annual Cannes Film Festival, where they were treated to top-notch entertainment from music superstars like Lady Gaga and Kanye West.

Yeezy, dressed in all white with black sneakers, performed an exclusive set at the Red Granite party at Carlton Beach, bringing special guest Jamie Foxx to the white stage for their smash “Gold Digger.”

Jamie Foxx dug into his family ties on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” today. The Rio star, who performed a snippet of his hit “Blame It” during a commercial break, spoke on how his relatives live in his house and how their situation would make for an entertaining show.

“If I had a reality show, I’d blow everybody out of the water,” he said. “We all live in one house. But we comin’.”

The single father shared that it’s not so easy to find a girlfriend. “If there’s anyone out there that’ll have me, have a guy out there who can sing… It’s just tough out here. It’s tough, because I’m so fragile,” he joked.

And when you have a teenage daughter, dating becomes even harder. “I have to be careful having a 17-year-old daughter. We walk out of a restaurant, they take pictures of me and her and they say, ‘Jamie Foxx with a young hottie.’ Like they think she’s actually my girl,” he said. “But she’s incredible, filling out. She’s walking down the street in Beverly Hills, people are blowing horns. I’m literally in the street, ‘You stop it! Walk past me! Hide ya butt!’ I’m so overprotective.”

Hot mama Christian Milian hit up Vegas for the 10th Annual Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitational Celebration at ARIA Resort & Casino. Jamie Foxx headlined the charitable festivities, entertaining the VIP crowd along with Boyz II Men, comedian Kevin Hart, and “America’s Best Dance Crew” champs the JabbaWockeeZ, who brought Milian onstage during their set. The annual gala capped the Celebrity-Amateur golf tournament and raised money for charity.

It was a soul food fest on “American Idol.” While Fantasia was dishing up “Collard Greens and Cornbread,” Jamie Foxx and will.i.am debuted their upbeat collaboration “Hot Wings (I Wanna Party)” off the soundtrack to the animated film Rio on Thursday’s results show. There’s a new super-group in town. On Thursday night, Jamie Foxx, John Legend, Nick Jonas, and Seal teamed up to serenade the First Family and Vice President at “The Motown Sound: In Performance at the White House” concert in honor of Black History Month and Motown Records. The quartet covered a medley of The Temptations’ classics including “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg,” “Get Ready,” and “I Can’t Get Next to You.”

Jamie Foxx has some words of wisdom for Tiger Woods. In the aftermath of the pro golfer’s public controversy, the entertainer offered some lewd advice, suggesting that he revert back to his old ways in order to get his groove back.

“I think he need to go back to what he was doing, when he was mashing at Denny’s and mashing at Perkins. Like, ‘Let me get the combo plate!’” Foxx joked on “Lopez Tonight.” “He might as well go ‘head and mash. Tear Marie Callender’s up.”

The Grammy winner, who also performed the title track off his latest album Best Night of My Life, shared some tips on how to romance a lady on Valentine’s Day. “You gotta pay attention to your woman, that’s all it is,” recommended the lothario. “Get the right music for your lady. I don’t know about you guys, but I like to set the right tone for my woman, understand? I get the lights dim, I put the rose petals down there. I get the champagne—Rosé—all ready together, and my favorite song to make love to is this: ‘To the windows, to the wall!’”
