Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull Perform at World Cup Opening Ceremony

Despite reports that she had canceled, Jennifer Lopez made her way to Brazil to perform at the 2014 World Cup opening ceremony in São Paulo on Thursday.

The sexy superstar joined Pitbull and Brazilian singer Claudia Leitte to kick off the festivities with a performance of the official World Cup anthem “We Are One (Ole Ola),” dressed in the colors of the Brazilian flag.

Accompanied by a Brazilian percussion troupe, J.Lo and Pitbull rose up from the ground onto the flower-shaped platform and waved their hands from side to side during the lively set, which ended with cheers from the crowd.

J.Lo later posted a video from backstage of her dancing in her busty green leotard. “Who said I wasn’t coming?” she said.

A day after dropping a teaser for the Chris Brown-penned “Emotions,” Jennifer Lopez serves up a visual for “Worry No More” featuring Rick Ross. The sexy superstar emerges from the smoke and gets intimate with her shirtless co-star in the steamy clip.

“Do anything that you can to make me feel so protected / I don’t wanna worry no more,” she sings.

In addition to Rozay, J.Lo’s 10th album A.K.A. features Nas, Iggy Azalea, T.I., and Pitbull, and will be available on June 17.

With less than a week to go until her 10th album A.K.A. arrives, Jennifer Lopez drops a video teaser for her song “Emotions.” In the black-and-white clip, J.Lo sits at the piano while singing the heartfelt ballad, which was co-written by Chris Brown and Chantal Kreviazuk.

“Someone took my emotions / Don’t forgive me, I didn’t ask,” she sings.

J.Lo will help kick off the FIFA World Cup by performing the official theme song “We Are One (Ole Ola)” with Pitbull and Claudia Leitte during the opening ceremony in Brazil on Thursday.

In addition to the singles “I Luh Ya Papi” and “First Love,” the star-studded set includes appearances from Iggy Azalea, Nas, T.I., Rick Ross, and Pitbull, plus contributions from Chris Brown, Diplo, Detail, Harmony, Roccstarr, Max Martin, and more.

“My roots are hip-hop, my roots are R&B, my roots are pop, my roots are Latin,” said J.Lo. “All that always comes out in my records. I’ve always found that when I follow my own heart, that’s when my music is the best. This album is right back to that for me.”

Jimmy Fallon isn’t the only one in town with tight pants. The talk show host met his match in the form of Jennifer Lopez during a hilarious skit on “The Tonight Show.” The two argue over who has the tightest pants, but things quickly take a turn for the worse when J.Lo threatens him.

“Listen up, you little bitch,” she says. “You better hide your wife, you better hide your kids, ’cause I will cut you.”

Jimmy backs off and J.Lo continues dancing in her tight white pants, ending with a shot of her booty.

Jennifer Lopez Brings Out Ja Rule, Fat Joe, & French Montana at Bronx Concert

Jennifer Lopez has sold out shows across the globe, but she brought it back to the Bronx during a free concert for State Farm’s Neighborhood Sessions on Wednesday. Fifteen years after the release of her debut On the 6, the international superstar performed her biggest hits and brought out some special guests at Orchard Beach in Pelham Bay Park.

She opened the 90-minute set with “Same Girl” and ran through her catalog of hits including “If You Had My Love,” “Love Don’t Cost a Thing,” “Waiting for Tonight,” and her latest single “First Love” off her upcoming 10th album A.K.A., due June 17.

Ja Rule appeared for “I’m Real” and “Ain’t It Funny.” She also debuted a new song with Fat Joe, who delivered his hit “Lean Back.” French Montana joined J.Lo for “I Luh Ya Papi” and performed his own hits, “Ain’t Worried About Nothin” and “Pop That.”

Additionally, she paid tribute to Selena and covered Diana Ross’ “Theme from Mahogany” and Barbra Streisand’s “My Man” before closing with her 2001 hit “Jenny From the Block.”

“It feels super at home for me,” J.Lo told “GMA.” “It took me right back to Sundays in the Bronx.”

Backstage, she was joined by friends and family including T.I., Khloe Kardashian, Angie Martinez, her mother, and her sister.

Jennifer Lopez turns up the heat in the black-and-white video for “First Love.” The sexy superstar gets intimate with British model David Gandy in the Anthony Mandler-directed clip, which was shot in the desert outside L.A. earlier this month. J.Lo braved a sand storm, but still looked stunning, while shooting the steamy scenes.

“He’s a great guy and we had such a great time making the video,” J.Lo said of her hunky co-star. “He may have been shirtless occasionally, but for the most part he had clothes on.”

Her 10th album A.K.A. arrives June 17 featuring Iggy Azalea, Nas, Rick Ross, T.I., Pitbull, and more.
