Bieber fever erupted on the streets of New York City when Justin Bieber returned to the “Today” show to perform on the Toyota Concert Series. The 18-year-old singer melted hearts with “Boyfriend,” “Baby,” and “All Around the World.” Plus, he brought out Big Sean to perform “As Long As You Love Me,” the latest single off his upcoming album Believe, due June 19.

“Just came thru n rocked the today show!” tweeted the G.O.O.D. Music rapper. “Luv to @justinbieber for giving that opportunity. My whole Fam was watching. #heymom.”

During a sit-down interview with Matt Lauer, the Canadian pop star spoke about his evolution on Believe. “I think [this album] is about proving people wrong and going out there and making good music and going out there and performing better than everyone else,” he said. “That’s what you have to do to cross over. Or else I’m just gonna be another teen heartthrob, but I want to be remembered.”

After his win and performance at this weekend’s Billboard Music Awards, Justin Bieber hit up “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Wednesday. Wearing a letterman jacket with “Boyfriend” on the back, he showed off some fancy footwork while performing his Mike Posner-produced single. The recent high school graduate was even given a graduation ceremony by Ellen.

Bieber has announced dates for his North American “Believe” tour, kicking off September 29 in Glendale, Arizona.
