GQ’s “Man of the Year” Jay-Z rubbed shoulders with Hollywood A-listers at the magazine’s annual celebration at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles last night. Looking dapper in a black suit, the father-to-be was overwhelmed with laughter as he traded stories with fellow honorees Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon. Guests including Tyrese, Paula Patton, Aziz Ansari, and Nicole Scherzinger toasted the power players while Diplo kept the music going.

Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon are at it again. The dynamic duo returned for the third installment in their popular “History of Rap” series on Friday’s “Late Night.” Backed by The Roots, J.T. and J.F. served up another impressive hip-hop medley including old school classics like Kris Kross’ “Jump” and LL Cool J’s “Mama Said Knock You Out” to newer hits such as Kanye West’s “Stronger” and Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass.” Brush up on your hip-hop history with their latest lesson.

Justin Timberlake is not quite ready to make a musical comeback, but he makes a brief return to the spotlight by rapping in the video for FreeSol’s “Role Model.” The pop superstar signed the Memphis band to his label Tennman/Interscope Records. “I’ma still grab my balls, I’m on a roll/ Yeah, I’m that white boy shooting free throws,” he spits over the grungy hip-hop-rock track produced by Jim Jonsin, Rob Knox of The Y’s, and himself.

If that wasn’t enough, Timberlake also reunites with Timbaland on another FreeSol cut “Fascinated,” harmonizing over Timb’s signature sound. Now can we get an album, please?

Justin Timberlake reprised his famous “History of Rap” skit during his appearance on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.” While promoting his new movie Friends with Benefits, the pop superstar joined Jimmy and The Roots as he rapped and danced along to a medley of past and present hip-hop hits including Kurtis Blow’s “The Breaks,” Salt-N-Pepa’s “Push It,” Vanilla Ice’s “Ice Ice Baby,” Cypress Hill’s “Insane in the Brain,” DMX’s “Party Up (Up in Here),” Nelly’s “Hot in Herre,” 50 Cent’s “In Da Club,” OutKast’s “Hey Ya,” Lil Wayne’s “A Milli,” and Rick Ross’ “B.M.F.”

The video for Game’s “Ain’t No Doubt About It” washed ashore over the 4th of July weekend. The Pharrell-produced cut was originally intended to be a single off the Compton rapper’s R.E.D. Album, due August 23. The song and video were later scrapped, but director Diane Martel has released it from the vault a year-and-a-half later.

In the black-and-white clip, a dapper Game parties on a yacht with fellow bachelors Justin Timberlake and Pharrell, enjoying the company of a bevy of scantily-clad women. The slick visuals are reminiscent of Hype Williams’ lavish productions from the early 2000s when budgets were larger.

“I never thought in my life that I would ever work with Justin,” Game previously told Rap-Up TV.

Justin Timberlake reprised his famous “Bring It on Down” skit on “Saturday Night Live.” Dressed as a beer bottle, he performed jingles over the beats for Rihanna’s “Rude Boy,” DJ Khaled’s “All I Do Is Win,” and J-Kwon’s “Tipsy.” But the real surprise was when Lady Gaga came out in a wine costume to duet with Justin on B.o.B’s “Airplanes,” Flo Rida’s “Low,” and Lionel Richie and Diana Ross’ “Endless Love.” Bring it on down to Liquorville.

From the guys that gave us “Dick in a Box” and “Motherlover” comes “3-Way (The Golden Rule).” Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg reprise their roles in the latest “SNL Digital Short” where they croon about engaging in a 3-way with Lady Gaga. They hit the bedroom and pose as the characters from “Three’s Company.” “It’s not gay when it’s in a 3-way.”

“Saturday Night Live” is going out with a bang. The late-night variety show will close its 36th season with host Justin Timberlake and musical guest Lady Gaga. The pop superstars met up during rehearsals today in New York City.

“Don’t be jealous ladies ;). I laughed so hard today I cried,” tweeted Gaga, who is expected to appear in a sketch with J.T. and comedian Andy Samberg.

Two of pop’s biggest stars are set to take the stage on “Saturday Night Live.” Justin Timberlake and Lady Gaga have been booked for the show’s season finale.

The “SexyBack” singer will handle hosting duties on the May 21 episode of “SNL.” Additionally, PopWrap reports that Lady Gaga will join him as the musical guest, performing songs from her new album Born This Way, which drops two days later.

This will be Timberlake’s fourth time hosting and Gaga’s second appearance on the late-night show since 2009.

The Lonely Island is serving up more laughs with its second album Turtleneck & Chain, and they’ve outfitted it with some superstar guests.

The follow-up to the comedy troupe’s 2009 debut Incredibad, due May 10, will feature collaborations with Justin Timberlake (“Motherlover”), Akon (“I Just Had Sex”), Nicki Minaj (“The Creep”), and Rihanna on the sequel to their viral sensation “Shy Ronnie 2: Ronnie & Clyde.” The songs debuted on “Saturday Night Live” during “SNL Digital Shorts.”

Andy Samberg shared what it was like working with Nicki. “She’s great,” the comedian told MTV News. “We share a lot of attributes with her, ’cause it’s like lots of great rapping ability, super-bangin’ bods, really intense sense of style, nice smelling … did I say bangin’ bods?”

His fellow group member Akiva Schaffer added, “She’s a little weirdo. As soon as we saw she existed, we were like, ‘We have to do something with her!’”

The funnymen will perform “I Just Had Sex” with Akon at the inaugural Comedy Awards, airing tonight on Comedy Central.
