Video: T.I., B.o.B, Kendrick Lamar, & Kris Stephens – ‘Memories Back Then’

T.I.

T.I. takes a trip out west with Hustle Gang in the video for “Memories Back Then” featuring B.o.B, Kendrick Lamar, and Kris Stephens. The MCs share personal stories involving women from their past in the Phillyflyboy-directed clip, which was filmed throughout Los Angeles.

T.I. and B.o.B soak up the sun beachside at the Santa Monica Pier, Kendrick strolls on the 6th Street Bridge downtown, and they all meet up in the Hollywood Hills.

The song, which is slated to appear on the upcoming Hustle Gang compilation, originally sampled Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know.” “I rocked out as soon as I heard it. It felt relevant, it felt urgent,” Tip told Rap-Up TV. “However, I was not able to work out a clearance… I didn’t want to waste the opportunity because it was such a great performance and meaningful message from myself and B.o.B and Kendrick.”

Before the compilation drops, Hustle Gang will release the mixtape G.D.O.D: The Introduction in May.
