Lupe Fiasco has announced that his next album will be titled Tetsuo & Youth, but he’s not done promoting his current project.

On Wednesday, the Chicago rapper hit up “Conan” with Australian singer Guy Sebastian to perform “Battle Scars” off Food & Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 1. The album was nominated for Best Rap Album at last weekend’s Grammys, but lost to Drake.

In November, he deleted all his tweets, but promised to return in 2013.

Lupe Fiasco is getting a fresh start before the new year. The outspoken MC has deleted his past tweets, leaving his fans with one last offering until 2013. On an untitled freestyle, he rhymes over fellow Chicago native Common’s “Communism” off his 1994 album Resurrection.

But don’t worry, he will return to Twitter. “Relax Lupe Fans. #LF Twitter is just being rebuilt. Will re-debut in 2013. LF says Hi,” tweeted Lupe.

Trey Songz Brings Out Lupe Fiasco, Fabolous at L.A. Show

Trey Songz’ “Chapter V” tour rolled into the Nokia Theatre in downtown L.A. on Sunday. Following sets from Miguel and Elle Varner, the R&B heartthrob had the ladies screaming all night long, reaching a fever pitch when he brought out Lupe Fiasco to perform “Out of My Head.”

Trey, who turns 28 this week, celebrated his birthday onstage with Fabolous, who also celebrated a birthday this month. The two performed “You Be Killin’ ‘Em” and “Say Aah.”

“This is one of my real friends in the music industry,” Trigga told the audience of Loso. “Real ni**a never change.”
