The stars flocked to the Hamptons for Russell Simmons’ 14th Annual Art for Life Gala: A Field of Dreams on Saturday. Moguls, musicians, and philanthropists rubbed shoulders at the fundraiser dedicated to exposing inner-city youth to the arts.
Tyler Perry, Anne Pasternak, Walter Mosley, Sam Englebardt, and William D. Johnson were among the honorees, while Rick Ross, Maxwell, Doug E. Fresh, and Estelle entertained the star-studded crowd.
Fresh off making his acting debut on Starz’ “Magic City,” Rozay performed his street anthems, while a dapper Maxwell had the ladies swooning during his smooth set.

The R&B heartthrob, who turned 40 last month, partied with his pals Swizz Beatz, Tyson Beckford, and Carmelo Anthony at Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club. The birthday boy was presented with a cake and toasted with D’Ussé cognac.
