A$AP Mob and Method Man

A$AP Mob brings back ’90s nostalgia with the Nas-inspired record and video for “Trillmatic” featuring A$AP Nast and Method Man. The hip-hop crew including A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg all make appearances in the accompanying clip, which was shot at Castle Hill Houses in the Bronx.

“The ’90s was the best era for hip-hop, hands down,” said Rocky during his appearance on “106 & Park.” “That’s what we’re just trying to bring back.”

The song will appear on A$AP Mob’s upcoming EP L.O.R.D., due March 4.

New Music: Hit-Boy f/ Rick Ross, Method Man, Redman, Raekwon, SchoolBoy Q, Xzibit, & More – ‘Cypher’


Hit-Boy is not playing. The super-producer drums up even more anticipation for his HS87 compilation All I’ve Ever Dreamed Of by dropping a cypher with some of hip-hop’s finest and freshest. The five-minute track features 10 MCs including Kent M$NEY, Audio Push, B Mac the Queen, ScHoolBoyQ, Casey Veggies, Xzibit, Rick Ross, Method Man, Redman, and Raekwon.

Video: Method Man – ‘World Gone Sour (The Lost Kids)’

Method Man debuts his strangest collaboration yet with the Sour Patch Kids. The Wu-Tang Clan frontman teams with the popular candy brand for his new single and video, “World Gone Sour (The Lost Kids).” He tells the story of what happens to Sour Patch Kids when they are lost or uneaten—they get sweet revenge on those closest to them.

“I’m excited to be collaborating with Sour Patch Kids and telling the story of how they’ve gone all wrong,” said Method Man. “I love the steps that the brand is taking to keep it real and interesting, the whole campaign, and letting Meth be Meth—brilliant.”

The video also introduces the plotline for the upcoming Sour Patch Kids video game, “World Gone Sour.”
