While he prepares his sophomore album, Machine Gun Kelly laces his fans with his fiery new freestyle “State of Mind.” In the black-and-white video, the bandana-wearing MC spits some heat on a snow-covered rooftop.

Over Cam’ron, Jay Z, and Juelz Santana’s “Welcome to New York City” instrumental, the Bad Boy signee reps for Cleveland, calls himself “underrated,” and boasts about living the life.

“Stop sleeping on me, I just broke bread with Hova,” raps MGK.

In addition to music, he will make his acting debut in the Amar’e Stoudemire-produced film Blackbird, which co-stars Minnie Driver and Danny Glover.

Machine Gun Kelly goes hard in the snow in the video for “Halo,” a cut off his 2012 mixtape EST 4 Life. The Cleveland rapper grapples with fame and the pressure to succeed as he performs in a snow-covered cemetery.

“Everybody think I finally made it, Lord / But all I am now is a slave, my God,” raps MGK, who is back in the studio recording his sophomore album.

He bared the freezing temperatures while shooting the clip, which he dedicates to his fans. “That video shoot was the coldest one I’ve ever done,” he tweeted. “And we took a taxi to that place so we were stuck with no car either. worth it.”

Bad Boy and Taylor Gang set the screen ablaze in the video for “Mind of a Stoner,” Machine Gun Kelly’s smokers’ anthem off his 2013 mixtape Black Flag.

After losing his job and feeling down on his luck, the Cleveland rapper makes his way to the bus stop, where he runs into Wiz Khalifa, who helps him ease his mind by offering him some weed.

MGK sits there all day, blunt in hand, venting to anyone who comes by. By 7 p.m., he’s smoked all his troubles away and says “I’m good.”

Plus, look for a cameo from “Boy Meets World” star Danielle Fishel aka Topanga.

New Music: Machine Gun Kelly x Tezo – ‘Black Magic (Freestyle)’

Machine Gun Kelly is back with some “Black Magic.” The Cleveland MC channels Salt-N-Pepa’s “Push It” and shouts “Free Boosie” alongside his EST affiliate Tezo on the two-minute-45-second freestyle.

“here’s a little Sunday night freestyle for yall EST mufuckas from me and @tezo,” tweeted MGK.

He is working on his next mixtape EST 4 Life II and stars as rapper Kid Culprit in the Amar’e Stoudemire-produced film Blackbird, which co-stars Minnie Driver and Danny Glover. The-Dream will be writing and producing four original songs for the movie.

With his major label debut My Own Lane available today, Kid Ink celebrates with the video for his single “No Miracles” featuring Machine Gun Kelly and Elle Varner. The L.A. rapper chronicles his rise to the top as he hits the studio with his labelmates in the black-and-white clip.

“‘No Miracles’ is a lifestyle me and my team live by,” Kid Ink told Rolling Stone. “We didn’t skip any steps to get to this point. Our movement wasn’t like a shooting star exploding to the top quickly. It’s all about hard work, sacrifice, and determination. “It’s probably one of the biggest-sounding records on the album, as far as a big stadium sound,” Kid Ink told Rap-Up TV. “MGK is a heartfelt dude, I had him on my ‘Hell & Back’ song. This is kinda like the same vibe where it’s really gonna have people rocking out, maybe shedding a tear when we have the show.”

Miguel, Lil Twist, & Machine Gun Kelly Star in Diddy’s Revolt TV Commercial


The revolution has begun. Sean “Diddy” Combs takes over your living room in the explosive commercial for his Revolt TV network. The hip-hop mogul rides the school bus with Lil Twist, Kylie Jenner, and his sons Christian and Quincy, while Miguel plays the guitar.

Meanwhile, chaos erupts throughout the city as young people celebrate the revolution. Machine Gun Kelly rocks atop a marquee, a piano lights on fire, and a chandelier swings from a light pole.

“Revolt is the new number one name in music on Time Warner Cable. This right here—cray cray!” proclaims Diddy.

The network launches Monday at 8 p.m. EST on Time Warner and Comcast.
