Robin Thicke, Ed Sheeran Perform on ‘The Voice’ Finale

Robin Thicke won’t stop until Paula Patton is back in his arms. After debuting his new single at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, the R&B crooner took to “The Voice” season finale to plea to his wife of nine years.

With some help from Usher’s contestant Josh Kaufman, Thicke performed his touching ballad “Get Her Back,” which he penned following his separation from Patton.

Kaufman went on to win the competition. “Thanks @iamjoshkaufman for having me tonight,” tweeted Thicke. “You are a true artist and deserve the win! Appreciate you lending your voice to #GetHerBack.”

Ed Sheeran also hit the stage to perform his Pharrell-produced single “Sing” and dueted with Adam Levine’s contestant Christina Grimmie on “All of the Stars” off the The Fault in Our Stars soundtrack.

Robin Thicke wants that old thing back. The R&B crooner pleads with his wife of nine years, Paula Patton, on “Get Her Back,” which he debuted at last night’s Billboard Music Awards. On the touching dedication, which he wrote following their separation, he promises to do right this time.

“I should’ve kissed you longer / I should’ve held you stronger / And I’ll wait for forever for you to love me again,” he sings to the mother of his four-year-old son Julian.

The high school sweethearts announced their split in February. Thicke has been trying for months to win back his wife, even dedicating “Lost Without U” to her at his recent shows.

Robin Thicke Debuts ‘Get Her Back’ at Billboard Music Awards

Robin Thicke is doing whatever it takes to win back the love of his life. The R&B crooner debuted his new song “Get Her Back,” dedicated to estranged wife Paula Patton, at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards. Rocking a new short haircut, he performed the stripped-down song with its personal lyrics.

“I gotta treat her right / I gotta cherish her for life / I gotta get her, go get her, go get her, go get her tonight,” he sings.

He also won the award for Top R&B Song for “Blurred Lines,” and took the opportunity to thank his wife of nine years.

“Most importantly, I’d like to thank my wife for all the love and support, and for putting up with me all these years,” he said.

Calling all party people. DJ Cassidy spreads love on the dance floor in the feel-good video for “Calling All Hearts” featuring Robin Thicke and Jessie J.

The X-directed clip was shot in London and features a 13-piece band, performing on a pink lacquer heart-shaped stage. British sensation Jessie J cozies up to a newly-single Thicke, while Cassidy rocks the turntables in a pastel suit and boater hat.

Cassidy, who is currently on tour with Thicke, is gearing up for the release of his debut Paradise Royale featuring R. Kelly, CeeLo Green, Usher, Mary J. Blige, Ne-Yo, John Legend, and Kelly Rowland.

“I set out on a mission to bring the greatest and most universal dance music of all time back to the airwaves, back to nightlife, back to the dance floor,” said Cassidy.
