Far East Movement crashes the party with Rye Rye in the wild video for “Jello,” the first single from the group’s upcoming album Dirty Bass. The L.A.-based group—Kev Nish, Prohgress, J-Splif, and DJ Virman—disguise themselves while attending a fancy fundraiser aimed at banning low frequency oscillating woofers, with Oprah, Obama, and Tiger Woods in attendance. But the fellas turn the place upside down, getting the uptight crowd out of their chairs, dancing, and taking jello shots. Mission accomplished.

JoJo, Solange, and Rye Rye Shine at Young Hollywood Party

JoJo lit up the red carpet in a fuchsia and red cocktail dress at the 9th Annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party at Paramount Studios in Hollywood last night. Her fellow 20-year-old Rye Rye brought some “Sunshine” while entertaining the chic crowd with music off her upcoming debut Go! Pop! Bang!, including her single “Never Will Be Mine.”

Solange, beaming in a yellow skirt, worked the ones and twos throughout the evening. Earlier in the day, she had a scare when she lost her bag containing her laptop and son’s passport. But she found it in time for the gig. “God is good! My bag was found at the police station! My driver left it in the parking lot!” she tweeted. “There are good people in the world!!!”

Rye Rye Lights Up ‘Leno’ with Robyn [Video]

Rye Rye made her late-night television debut on Friday’s “Tonight Show with Jay Leno.” Clad head to toe in denim, the Baltimore MC proved that big things come in small packages while performing her single “Never Will Be Mine” with Swedish singer Robyn.

Rye Rye’s debut album Go! Pop! Bang! is due this fall on M.I.A.’s N.E.E.T. Recordings/Interscope, featuring contributions from her mentor as well as Pharrell, Bangladesh, and Tyga.

Rye Rye Brings Sunshine to Coachella

M.I.A.’s 20-year-old protégée lit up the Sahara stage at Coachella in a neon-colored top, cutoff shorts adorned with patches, and rainbow army boots as she dove into her lively set. She gave festivalgoers a taste of her debut album Go! Pop!
