Sean Kingston Performs ‘Beat It’ on ‘Arsenio’

Arsenio Hall capped off his second week back on the air with a performance from Sean Kingston. Clad in all black, the 23-year-old singer set off the weekend with his summer banger “Beat It” off his new album Back 2 Life.

He also spoke about being discovered on MySpace and being homeless. “My own family members were turning their backs on me,” revealed Kingston. “My mom was in prison, so I had to do everything by myself.”

But life is good these days. “It’s positive energy, it’s nothing but uplift from here,” he said.

Video: Sean Kingston f/ Wale – ‘Seasonal Love’

Sean Kingston is all grown up. The 23-year-old singer hits the strip club in the video for “Seasonal Love” featuring Wale. In the Benny Boom-directed clip, he meets a dancer (real-life girlfriend Maliah Michel), but their romance goes beyond the velvet rope.

He brings her home and wines and dines her until she one day finds him flirting with another woman. But she realizes that their love is more than seasonal, and ends up spending spring, summer, fall, and winter with him.

Kingston’s third album Back 2 Life arrives today featuring appearances from Chris Brown, Wiz Khalifa, 2 Chainz, T.I., Yo Gotti, and Busta Rhymes.

New Music: Sean Kingston f/ 2 Chainz – ‘Shotta Luv’

Sean Kingston turned up with Wale on his strip club record “Seasonal Love,” and now he rides out with 2 Chainz on “Shotta Luv.” The Nic Nac-produced record features a reggae vibe and samples R. Kelly’s “You Remind Me of Something.”

Look for the single, plus collaborations with Busta Rhymes, Chris Brown, Wiz Khalifa, and T.I., on Kingston’s third album Back 2 Life, due Sept. 10.

Tracklisting: Sean Kingston – ‘Back 2 Life’

After unveiling the cover yesterday, Sean Kingston rolls out the tracklisting for his third album Back 2 Life. In addition to the singles “Beat It” with Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa and the Wale-assisted “Seasonal Love,” the 12 tracks include appearances from T.I., Busta Rhymes, and 2 Chainz.

“I’ve been gone for a little bit and I’m coming back,” Kingston told Rap-Up.com. “This is the original Sean Kingston. This is the organic Sean Kingston. I’m back to me. I’m back to my culture. I’m back to my roots. I’m back from the accident. I’m alive again.”

Sean Kingston reveals the artwork for his third album Back 2 Life. Due September 10, the follow-up to 2009′s Tomorrow features the summer smash “Beat It” with Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa and the Wale-assisted “Seasonal Love,” plus appearances from 2 Chainz, T.I., and Busta Rhymes.

The album will be available for pre-order on iTunes tomorrow.

“‘Seasonal Love’ has a happy, strip club, turnt-up type of vibe,” Sean tells Rap-Up.com.

Chris Brown and Sean Kingston Perform ‘Beat It’ in Las Vegas

Like many celebrities including Wiz Khalifa, Ciara, and Diddy, Chris Brown headed to Las Vegas to celebrate Memorial Day weekend. He made a splash while hosting Memorial Day Sunday at Palms Pool. In addition to his hosting duties, he brought out Sean Kingston to perform their summer anthem “Beat It” as partygoers sang along.

Breezy has some new company in his Hollywood Hills house. In addition to getting a bulldog puppy named X, his on-again-off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran has reportedly moved in.

He has also delayed the release of his Aaliyah-assisted single “They Don’t Know” until tomorrow. “Sorry to make y’all wait but I’m putting the last touches on the video. Single will drop Tuesday! Sorry,” tweeted Breezy.
