JoJo captivated listeners with her risqué remix to “Marvin’s Room,” and now Teyana Taylor releases her emotional response to Drake’s song. On the fragile remake, a heartbroken Teyana sings away her sorrows, but finds the strength to move on from an ex-boyfriend who left her for another girl.

The singer plays single mother Sabrina who works at a fast food restaurant in the latest installment in the Madea series. The movie’s other young star Bow Wow, who plays Teyana’s ex Byron, looked dapper on the red carpet in a red V-neck sweater, tie, brown pants, and navy Vans. The comedy hits theaters Friday.

Teyana Taylor was in a giving mood. The 19-year-old star of Madea’s Big Happy Family passed out turkeys for Thanksgiving at the NBPA turkey giveaway on Monday in her hometown of New York. Teyana, who is featured on the opening track of Kanye West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, is scheduled to perform with Mr. West at a private show in NYC tonight.

“It was a big opportunity for me,” she told Rap-Up.com of lending her vocals to “Dark Fantasy.” “I emailed him the day after and thanked him. He was like, ‘Thank you. The pipes you put on that is crazy.’ I was like, ‘Wow, this is really big coming from ‘Ye,’ but he’s super humble.”
