Whitney Houston soars again on “Never Give Up.” The late legend provides some motivation on the previously unreleased song included on her greatest hits album I Will Always Love You – The Best of Whitney Houston, due November 13. The mid-tempo number, produced by Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox, features Whitney’s powerful vocals and inspiring words.

“Never never give up/ Nobody how many times somebody tells you it ain’t working,” she sings.

Brandy Salutes Whitney Houston with Dance Medley at Album Release Show

Brandy celebrated the release of her sixth album Two Eleven with some of her most loyal fans during a concert at Best Buy Theater in New York City last night. The R&B diva also took a moment to pay homage to her idol Whitney Houston with a dance medley that included “I’m Your Baby Tonight,” “How Will I Know,” and “I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me).”

“I just want to take this time to take a moment of silence and give Whitney some silent love right now,” she told the crowd. “She is and will always be the greatest voice of all time. I’ll forever love her and forever miss her. Two Eleven is my way of tributing her and solidifying the bond that we had when she was alive and the bond that we will have for the rest of my life. I will just continue to contribute to her legacy.”

New Music: Whitney Houston f/ R. Kelly – ‘I Look to You’

I Will Always Love You - The Best of Whitney Houston

Seven months after her death, Whitney Houston’s legacy lives on. R. Kelly duets with the late legend on “I Look to You,” which he penned as the title track for Whitney’s 2009 album. The R&B maestro, who performed the song at Houston’s funeral, combines both of their vocals on the stirring rendition.

“We love you, Whitney. Rest in peace,” says Kelly as the ballad fades out.

Their duet is now available on iTunes and can be found on Whitney’s greatest hits album I Will Always Love You – The Best of Whitney Houston. Due November 13, the compilation features remastered versions of her classics, the R. Kelly duet, and one unreleased song entitled “Never Give Up,” produced by Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox.

Bobbi Kristina, Cissy Houston, Ray J, & Jordin Sparks Attend ‘Sparkle’ Premiere

The stars came out to celebrate Whitney Houston’s final on-screen performance at the premiere of Sparkle in Hollywood last night. Whitney’s daughter Bobbi Kristina proudly walked the red carpet with her boyfriend Nick Gordon.

“Time to walk this carpet&rep mommy like she would want me too (: god bless u all !” tweeted the 19-year-old.

Whitney’s mother Cissy avoided the media, but Ray J did make the press rounds. The film’s leading lady Jordin Sparks wowed in a white gown, posing for photos with her parents, while her co-star Cee Lo Green showed off his tatted arms in a short-sleeve tee. Other sightings included Christina Milian, JoJo, Vivica Fox, and Keke Palmer.

Houston plays the mother of Sparks in the remake of the 1976 Motown-era film, which arrives in theaters today.

Bobbi Kristina Remembers Whitney Houston with Tattoo

Whitney Houston would have been 49 years old today. The late legend was celebrated by her fans, friends, and family including her daughter Bobbi Kristina. The 19-year-old singer-actress got a tattoo on her wrists to remember her mother, who passed away in February.

“Tat tat tatted YURP.. ;) now your truly ALWAYS with us mommy (: we love you @nickdgordon always&forever{<3}," she tweeted along with a photo of the ink, which features the initials "WH" with doves around it.

Whitney will make her final on-screen performance in Sparkle. The remake of the 1976 Motown musical opens in theaters on August 18.
