The song makes its debut tomorrow at Super Bowl XLIV during a commercial for mobile television company FLO TV, and will be available for download on Amazon.com with all proceeds benefiting Oxfam’s Haiti Earthquake Response Fund. Will.i.am and Mary J. Blige helped honor their boss, Universal Music Group CEO Doug Morris, with his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday (Jan. 26). Blige is scheduled to take part in BET Networks’ concert and telethon for Haiti next week, while will.i.am has remixed The Who’s rock classic “My Generation” to raise money for Haitian earthquake relief.

Common and Queen Latifah took to the streets of Brooklyn to shoot scenes for their romantic comedy Just Wright on Wednesday. The Sanaa Hamri-directed film about a physical therapist (Queen Latifah) who falls in love with a basketball player (Common) is due out in 2010.
Fergie and the rest of the Black Eyed Peas brought their futuristic swag to the Ed Sullivan Theater for “The Late Show with David Letterman” on Tuesday. The Peas will perform on tonight’s show.
