Willow Smith is partying twice as hard today. The “Fireball” singer combined her birthday and Halloween into one big holiday called “Willoween.” Justin Timberlake, Jimmy Fallon, Pharrell, Justin Bieber, The-Dream, Mindless Behavior, Queen Latifah, and Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas all joined in wishing the pint-sized pop star for her 11th birthday by holding up signs that read “Happy Willoween.”

Her “big bro” Kid Cudi, who is working on new music with her, hand drew a sign and her siblings Jaden and Trey also showed love to their lil’ sis.

Willow Smith plays with fire on her sassy new single “Fireball” produced by Stoopid Robots and featuring fellow firecracker Nicki Minaj. The pint-sized diva shakes up the party with another anthem for the teen set. Following her string of collaborations with Birdman, Rick Ross, and Big Sean, Young Money’s First Lady adds some fuel to Willow’s fire.

“You’re real major even though you’re a minor,” raps Nicki on her playful verse. “I’m the Street Fighter, call me Chun-Li/ … Built the guest house to put the coupe in ’cause I’m a fireball, Hadouken!”

Willow Smith took over Washington earlier today with a performance at the White House during the annual Easter Egg Roll. The pint-sized popstress, clad in a plaid yellow skirt, white tee, and hair in a fierce Mohawk, celebrated Easter one day late with her raucous set, during which she debuted her new song “Rockstar” and delivered her hits “21st Century Girl” and “Whip My Hair.” She and her Warriorettes crew also got down to Rihanna’s “Only Girl (In the World)” and Lady Gaga’s “Just Dance.”

The Roc Nation singer put everyone back in the Easter spirit, encouraging her young fans to put their Ws in the air as she filmed them for Facebook. “Are you guys ready to hunt for some eggs?” she asked the excited crowd.

Willow Smith knocks ‘em dead in her photo shoot for Elle. Rocking a custom-made tutu, tights, and platform heels, the pint-sized powerhouse winds up to hit a punching bag against the scenic backdrop. The 10-year-old singer is included in the magazine’s annual Music Issue, along with Gwen Stefani, Nicki Minaj, and Jennifer Hudson. “It’s going to be a party beat. I think you’re gonna like it!” said an excited Willow of her upcoming Roc Nation debut.

Willow Smith made a grand entrance at Nickelodeon’s 2011 Kids’ Choice Awards, flying over the audience on a harness before landing onstage. The 10-year-old star started by performing her new single “21st Century Girl,” segueing into her smash “Whip My Hair” with her Warriorettes crew in a dance sequence by Janet Jackson’s former choreographer Tina Landon. Her proud father Will Smith and brother Jaden were all smiles as they looked on.

Justin Bieber pulled a fast one on Willow Smith. The “21st Century Girl,” who is opening for the teen idol on the European leg of his “My World” tour, got quite a surprise during a performance of her smash “Whip My Hair” in Manchester, England, on Sunday night.

While Willow whipped her hair back and forth, Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun and swag coach Ryan Good slapped on some makeup and wigs and crashed the performance. The Canadian heartthrob soon joined in on the fun, rushing onto the stage and banging the cowbell to her hit.

After being punked, the 10-year-old singer is plotting her revenge. “They got me, but it’s not over. Revenge is sweet and it’s served on a cold dish,” said a scheming Willow backstage.

Willow Smith whipped it good while opening for Justin Bieber on his international “My World” tour. Taking the stage at the Manchester Evening News Arena in England with her Warrioretes crew, the “21st Century Girl” had her futuristic swag down pat—rocking yellow and orange braids over a remixed version of adidas’ classic tracksuit in red and violet with sharp-angled cuts. Willow Smith springs out of the desert sand in the video for “21st Century Girl,” the infectious second single off her upcoming Roc Nation debut. In the colorful clip, a gypsy played by actress Cicely Tyson raises the pint-sized popstress from the arid ground, soon joined by a gang of girlfriends who run with wolves and tug on chains to erect a city from the earth. To celebrate their urban creation, Willow and co. throw an impromptu dance party in the middle of the street.

“Willow’s colorful desert look was inspired by vintage Versace, borrowing shapes from Marie Antoinette with very current pops of color,” Brea Stinson, who styled the 10-year-old singer, tells Rap-Up.com. “The overall video was inspired by everything—the movie Blade Runner to Japanese street culture. 21st century girls aren’t afraid to take risks and live their dreams, and we did our best to showcase that in the wardrobe.”
