Wiz Khalifa Joins Jimmy Kimmel for Sign Language Rap Battle

Wiz Khalifa helped launch the first-ever Sign Language Rap Battle on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Monday. The talk show host invited three sign language interpreters, who have signed for audiences at Eminem and Lil Wayne concerts, to compete against each other.

While Wiz performed his hit “Black and Yellow,” the ladies interpreted the song—expletives and all—and at the end, Wiz helped crown a winner.

Wiz Khalifa keeps on rollin’ with “Maan!,” his remix to ScHoolboy Q’s “Man of the Year,” which he dropped for his Taylors on Twitter. The kush connoisseur smokes and smokes some more “’cause real Gs smoke when they want” on the unapologetic stoners’ anthem.

Wiz Khalifa Cooks Stoney S’mores, Performs ‘We Dem Boyz’ on ‘Arsenio’

Wiz Khalifa set the stage ablaze during his appearance on Monday’s “Arsenio.” The superstar stoner sat down to discuss his new music, his wife Amber Rose, and their son Sebastian.

“I just look at everything differently,” said the new dad, who plays music for his one-year-old. “He loves rap, that’s what he’s into.”

Wiz’ upcoming album Blacc Hollywood is due later this year featuring Miley Cyrus, who apparently smokes so much it even shocked the weed aficionado.

“She smokes a ton,” said Wiz of the pop star. “She’s just blowin’ like a train.”

Wiz also cooked up some s’mores, with a dash of weed, and hit the stage to perform his latest single “We Dem Boyz.”

Lil Wayne, Iggy Azalea Invade the Stage at mtvU Woodie Awards

From Beyoncé to The 1975, mtvU celebrated the music college students love at the 2014 mtvU Woodie Awards during SXSW in Austin, Texas, on Thursday. The show, which was taped before a live audience, featured performances from Lil Wayne, Iggy Azalea, Childish Gambino, and more.

Tunechi surprised the crowd by kicking off the show with a freestyle and a verse from “A Milli,” leading into the evening’s first performers, The 1975.

Wiz Khalifa presented Drake with the night’s biggest honor, Woodie of the Year, which his Young Money boss Weezy accepted on his behalf.

Following an introduction from Danny Brown and Steve Aoki, Iggy Azalea had the audience on its feet with a Clueless-inspired performance of “Fancy” featuring Charli XCX.

Childish Gambino closed out the show. After entering from the back of the venue covered in LED lights, the rapper-actor led a marching band to the stage, where he performed a medley of “3005″ and “Sweatpants.”

Beyoncé won the first-ever Did It My Way Woodie, Chance the Rapper took home Best Video Woodie, and A$AP Rocky and Skrillex picked up the Best Collaboration Woodie.

The 2014 mtvU Woodie Awards will air on Sunday, March 16, at 8 p.m. on MTV. See a full list of winners below.
