Interscope Geffen A&M executives Jimmy Iovine and Ron Fair toasted the BET Awards nominees and winners at IGA’s 5th Annual Crème of the Crop dinner celebration in Beverly Hills on Sunday night (June 26).

Following the BET Awards, IGA artists Keri Hilson, JoJo, Game, and Timothy Bloom packed Mr. Chow and enjoyed performances from Lloyd, Lil Playy, Kendrick Lamar, and Vado.

Kelly Rowland, Toni Braxton, Snoop Dogg, Ne-Yo, and Lifetime Achievement Award winner Patti LaBelle also caught up with their peers as they nibbled on the Asian cuisine. Check out pics from the after-party soirée.

DJ Khaled closed the BET Awards with a few of his famous friends. After being introduced by Wiz Khalifa, Drake, Rick Ross, and Lil Wayne joined the Miami DJ for his all-star collaboration “I’m on One.” But despite their flashy performance, Weezy’s American flag shorts stole the show.

An all-star ensemble gathered to pay homage to music’s fallen legends at Sunday’s BET Awards. First up, a jazz soloist paid tribute to saxophonist Clarence Clemons before Snoop Dogg and Warren G performed “Regulate” for their fellow West Coast brother Nate Dogg. Queen Latifah recited a spoken-word piece in honor of the late Gil Scott-Heron and Ledisi sang the praises of the “Ivory Queen of Soul” Teena Marie.

Chris Brown was the big winner at the BET Awards 2011. The R&B crooner, who was nominated for six trophies, put on an electrifying performance and picked up four awards, including Best Male R&B Artist and Video of the Year for “Look at Me Now.”

“I appreciate all the support,” said a humble Chris while accepting one of his awards. “I know it’s been a long road, so I appreciate every blessing in front of me.”

Other winners included Rihanna for Best Female R&B Artist, Kanye West for Best Male Hip-Hop Artist, Nicki Minaj for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist, and Wiz Khalifa for Best New Artist. See the full list of winners below.

Beyoncé was halfway across the globe, but she still shut down the BET Awards. The jet-setting diva performed two of her new songs, “Best Thing I Never Had” and “End of Time,” at England’s Glastonbury Festival. Cee Lo Green, Marsha Ambrosius, and gospel great Shirley Caesar paid tribute to Patti LaBelle, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the BET Awards. Following her acceptance speech, Ms. Patti herself graced the stage with a medley of her timeless hits.

The most talked about moment at the BET Awards wasn’t a performance. Instead it occurred when superfan Tiffany Greene presented the Viewers’ Choice Award with Terrence and Rocsi. She read off the tablet, announcing the winner as Chris Brown, but the teleprompter said Rihanna and Drake were the winners for “What’s My Name?” Drake accepted the award, saying, “Well that was awkward.”

After the embarrassing mixup, host Kevin Hart brought Chris on stage at the end of the show and announced that he was indeed the winner.

“Bawling backstage. They totally fu**ed me up,” wrote Tiffany after being bombarded by angry fans.

BET programming executive Stephen Hill admitted the error was BET’s fault. “That BET Awards Viewer’s Choice mix-up was due to human error,” he tweeted. “And I was the human that made that error. I apologize to ALL affected.”

Trey Songz stripped down while performing “Love Faces” and “Unusual” at the BET Awards 2011. The ladies’ man then introduced Kelly Rowland, who sizzled with her smash “Motivation,” getting hands on with her duet partner. Kelly’s performance received praise from her peers, with many calling it the highlight of the evening. See for yourself.

Big Sean hit a career high with his first performance at Sunday’s BET Awards. Kanye’s protégé stayed fresh in a blue blazer and snapback hat as he delivered his Finally Famous single “My Last” with Chris Brown.

Nicki Minaj turned the the green carpet pink at the BET Awards 2011 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday (June 26). The blonde Barbie made her way inside to pick up the award for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist, provoking laughs when she said, “Wow, I can’t believe I won.”

Wiz Khalifa arrived with girlfriend Amber Rose on his arm, Kelly Rowland was glowing in a pink Marchesa dress, Willow Smith paid tribute to her famous father in a Fresh Prince T-shirt, and Drake was sweating bullets in all black.
