Kardinal Offishall will release his fourth album Not 4 Sale on August 5th via Kon Live/Geffen Records. The album includes the hit single “Dangerous” with Akon, which is currently No. 24 on The Billboard Hot 100.

Colby O’Donis will release his debut album Colby O on August 12th. It features the hit single “What You Got” with Akon, which is currently No. 19 on The Billboard Hot 100. Peep the official album cover above and listen to two new tracks, “Don’t Turn Back” and “Just Dance.”

Trey Songz celebrated his BET Awards ‘08 nomination for Best Male R&B Artist with a rooftop party at the Standard Hotel in downtown Los Angeles on Monday. Guests included Pretty Ricky, Gorilla Zoe, Atlantic Records exec Kevin Liles, and actor Jackie Long.

Trey is currently in the studio working on his next album, slated to drop in December.

Hip-hop couple Nelly and Ashanti made an appearance together at a pre-BET Awards dinner on Monday at Vibiana in Los Angeles where Nelly also co-hosted. The St. Louis rapper was later spotted at Jermaine Dupri’s TAG Records event in Hollywood.
